My leg and thigh were fresh and hot. They were delicious. They gave the wrong order, but was to far away to return. I ordered the leg and thigh with a small ff. But got mashed with gravy, biscuit, no butter, and a cookie. This happens quite often when your traveling. But all was really good.
Very helpful and kind young man working the register this evening. He was very patient with all the customers waiting. Wish I got his name!
Went through drive thru, two simple small meals. Told us it would be four minutes for the popcorn chicken, so they pulled us. At twenty minutes I went in with the receipt and asked what happened. Mind you there were two employers standing outside the door smoking and as I walked to the counter, a woman, also am employee yelled that there was someone at the counter. She did not offer to help me but walked outside to to the other employees. She came in with in a few moments but did not offer any assistance again. A young lady came from another area and offered to help me and was greeted with sarcastic snotty answers by the staff in the kitchen area that could be heard out front, when she asked the status of the order. This was the very worst service at KFC ever and it leaves a very bag taste in my mouth to go back there. Ps, the only thing hot when I got to my car was the fries and they were not as hot as I was. Very disappointed across the entire board!!
This one of my favorite fried chicken place, but this place has something special, the lady who attends the counter is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. Keep going like that KFC.
I used to love KFC but haven't been to one in years. Really was craving mashed potatoes and gravy and they're the only ones I could think of that had them. The chicken was old, dry and tired from living under a heat lamp all day, the mashed were just so-so with just a little gravy whispered over the top and the biscuit was dead too. I threw almost the entire meal in the trash.They got my $10+ but that's it. Never again.
Just paid 10.58 for 2 of my most pitiful looking pieces of chicken. 2 small sides and a small drink. Rudest people in the drive through. Will be the last trip my family makes to this establishment. Guaranteed management could care less eirher.
I went thru the drive thru at this KFC. The service was fast & customer service was nice. The food was delicious. I will be back!

I really want to like KFC. However, my last couple of trips have been awful. My food was cold, the chicken wasn't fresh. They only had sweet tea. I ordered white meat. I received dark meat. I won't even go in on the customer service.
They were out of chicken patties and could not give us a chicken basket with any dark meat. Lastly, asked for 2 chicken pot pies - which are always a good choice. The KOFC clerk apologized and said only one pot pie left. And that was 7:30 PM. We left very disappointed!
