I called in an order … the Jimmy John’s worker taking my order over the phone said “ your order will be ready when you arrive.” When I arrived not only was it not ready … he laughed while stating “ I forgot to enter it in “ ( Note : he NEVER apologized). I then had to wait for my order to be made & when the worker finally handed me my order “ I quickly realized it wasn’t what I ordered “ again… ( Note: she NEVER apologized either ) she then went back to her station to remake my order. And later put my sandwich on the counter while walking away.PEOPLE !!Everyone ( including myself) makes mistakes several times a day. When one makes a mistake they should always apologize ESPECIALLY when they’re serving customers.

The Tom Turkey sandwich I got was very good and tasty and the service was good.

Absolutely amazing! Right next door from my work so it’s a great place to get a quick bite to eat! My go to is the Turkey Tom, salt and vinegar chips and whole pickles. Sometimes I’ll just get 3 whole pickles since there so good!!

I'm given this location two stars, but only because the food they were actually able to serve was decent. We came in with a group of five (two adults, three kids). When we got there, one of the staff members had a girlfriend/spouse sitting in a booth. That part isn't unusual. What's unusual is that she and the staff member were having a conversation that spanned across the entire restaurant and was going on while the staff member was working. The staff member left with his girlfriend/spouse a few minutes after we got there, but only after she climbed upon and stood on the back of a booth to unplug her phone that had been plugged into the same plug as the Jimmy John's logo sign. It was pretty obvious that this kind of thing happens very regularly. When we ordered, they were out of Italian meats. They were apparently very low in pickles and unable to add more to the Cuban sandwich I ordered. They were also out of Dijon mustard. The restaurant didn't seem understaffed, but it took 18 minutes to make three sandwiches (I guess the "freaky fast" days have passed for this location). But hat wasn't even the craziest part. My wife asked for some napkins since there weren't any at the tables or fountain. They gave her two napkins and said that's all they were allowed to give. Now, I know that there are supply issues right now. But I have NEVER seen a restaurant rationing napkins. They saw that we had a group of five and gave us TWO. I mean, seriously, if you're that hard up, close the doors.Additional note: Just before we left, the staff member who left earlier returned to work without washing his hands.

Been coming here every month or two for a few years, always 4-5 stars, though I've never rated. Last few months it has become freaky slow. Today is the worst. There are 8-9 people working right now. I saw 1 person walk out the front empty handed. There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru line when I pulled in, took 31 minutes to get food. Also the sandwich had heavy mayo when I asked for light, and 85% had no peppers. Also initially billed me over $10 too much.

Great staff and always enjoy the food! Too bad their apple pay doesn't work. :(

DO NOT order delivery from this location for lunch. It's Freaky Slow. Takes 60-90 minutes.

I've tried this Jimmy John's and a few others around town but every time I go I don't feel satisfied. Nothing was really wrong with the sandwiches but they honestly just weren't that great and for what you pay I could make a sandwich ? that's like 10 times better at home for half the price. Another thing I don't like about Jimmy John's is that they don't have a single hot sub. Not one. Honestly I'd rather go to Subway and that's saying a lot because Subway is probably the last fast food place I'd go to unless I had no other choice. At least they have a meatball sub.

Ordered dinner for my daughter and I last night. We were at the women’s pavilion. Most restaurants I had seen just bring food and you can come downstairs to pick up. Not at this place. They misread instructions and brought the order back to the store. Without calling us to confirm instructions. When we called we were told the order was brought back and that they were closed, so basically we just lost 25 dollars because they just voided the order. So if you can’t pick up your own order at this particular location.....you’re doomed. And please don’t respond with the generic message Jimmy Johns.

They take 45 minutes up to an hour to deliver your order. What's the point in offering delivery if you can't deliver it in a timely manner.
