I've heard only good things about this place. Come to think of it, it wasn't all too often that I heard something about the place but it was only positive. So I was shocked that it wasn't to my expectations at all. Size of the sandwich was great but not the price. And it was totally dry with either not enough toppings on the sandwich or it was poorly made and all was in one spot. I don't know I was just really disappointed that I paid $17 for a mediocre sandwich.
First-timers here just looking for a great veggie sub & too see what the rage is about! ????????... this isn't the place for veggie subs as the options for veggies were maybe 4-5. However, the customer service was so good that we gave 4 ⭐.

We come from Jacksonville we've been living here about a year we've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's Subs this particular one it's very well clean very well-managed you couldn't ask for anything better in the employees working behind the counter deserve a lot of credit because they look at the customer and very concerned and have a good one is this restaurant is very sanitized employees all wearing masks and gloves following CDC rules so it's very safe to go in there you still have to be careful but we do recommend this particular Jersey Mike's we hope you enjoyed it like we did I forgot to mention you need to try the Italian sub it's great!!!
Fantastic sandwiches as always. Really love the turkey provolone. Service is always awesome. 5 stars all day.
So we place an order for pickup and it says 15 min it'll be ready, right? Wrong! We got there 25 min later and it hadn't still been started so now we are waiting another 15 min so 40 min for 2 sandwiches. Oh and we are put of the rosemary bread I ordered my sandwiches on.What kinda customer service is this ? Not even a sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Not sure I'll be back after this experience for sure. Shape up

This store only prioritize walk in customers. I had to pick up an order and waited 30mins even though I am the only customer to be served inside. Had to see customers walk in and ordered food and walk with their food right away. Its ridiculous!
Great subs, though I am not supposed to eat bread.
