We stopped there for subs the other day. The guy working had the energy of a sloth. Behind the counter was filthy. Garbage all over the floor
Got home with my sub and it’s missing 2 of the meats I paid for. To be fair it was very packed so it’s understandable but still sad to not receive what I paid for, especially after waiting 20+ mins in line.
Ordered a Philly with no pepper for lunch to get the sandwich and its full of peppers. So thanks for a sandwich I want eat.
Wife picked up subs on the way home. We got the turkey ham club. Very disappointed! The bread to meat ratio was horrible and I’ve noticed this the past few times I’ve been here. They skimp you majorly on the meat now including the bacon which is my favorite! In the last, like 6+ months ago they would be stacked with meat and it was great. I guess it’s due to inflation. I would rather pay more then get a sub where you can’t even taste the freaking meant. Won’t be going back anytime soon. ?
Workers don’t change there gloves after handling with money.. I use to work at the bank my hands be very black and dirty from the money.. also receiving wet n nasty money. This can cut back on a lot of germs if they take the time if they would follow the health safety rules
Order was not ready when it said it was. Waited 30 minutes for it. And when I got my order. One of my sandwiches didn’t have the bacon I ordered. Yet, they still charged me $1.50 for it. When I called to let them know . They admitted to not putting the bacon and I was told I was going to be refunded. And they didn’t refund me my $1.50. This was my first time going to Jersey Mike’s and it will be my last. Overall it was not a good experience.
Sandwich is ok but the guy working the cash register was rude and had a terrible attitude. Will not go back.
Started off great but as I have placed my order I expect what I’ve ordered , after me waiting 20 for my food , I checked and it wasn’t wheat bread , it was white , and I ask why & they said they were out , but why didn’t they say that in the process? Very bad & they laughed and talked about it . VERY MUCH DONT RECOMMEND WHEN THEY ARE BUSY.
They did not follow our order correctly. And just told us it was already made, just so rude.
Employees were very rude. bread was extremely stale and my bottled soda was 4 months expired. Very disappointed in this as any other Jersey Mikes would be my favorite place to get a sub.
