I order from here all the time, this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered the spicy seafood gumbo soup which is normally always good this time when I received my order the gumbo had an oily/greasy look in it and when I tasted it I tasted an oily/greasy taste. I don't know what happened with this order or has the recipe changed. I just want the gumbo to taste the way it did before without the extras!
The food is great!! Especially their baked potatoes and salads.6.10.22I am addicted to the salad bar!!! You have delicious food options but this is what I mainly get. The salad bar is always clean and fully stocked and definitely worth the money.
I wish we had a Jason's Deli closer to where I live (Panama City, FL), but being in town made visiting this location an even more special treat. The food was phenomenal, the staff were extremely kind and attentive, and just an overall fantastic experience. Also, if you get the absolute pleasure of meeting Mr. Eric, consider yourself extremely blessed! I would definitely travel the 80+ miles just to visit again.
In my opinion the quality of service and taste has declined. The corned beef was literally tasteless , service was spotty. Our order was fouled up, missing items, not as advertised and the prices were exorbitant; $39 for a lunch for 2.
My sandwich was awesome, except I wished it had some spicy to it. I should have order a side of jalapeños. My sweet tea wasn't sweet enough, but I truly didn't need the extra sugar. It was such a peaceful environment. I had a wonderful time with my family, who came from out of town. Jason's Deli was very nice and clean and everyone was so pleasant. Can't wait to return.
Tried this store out for the first time tonight and I must say... I'm not impressed. Yes I did receive a potato worth $11 because it was actually as big as the container it came in. The bbq was too over powering so I threw most of the meat sauce out. I did not like, the fact that the store do not allow you to make request or alterations to your order threw door dash. I got not potato condiments such as salt, pepper, butter or sour cream. The blue chips were fine just thought they'd be hand cut and fried instead of store bought. The salsa was great, but the "guacamole" was actually avocado pulp.. no salt, spices, lime juice, red onion or cilantro just a mashed avocado. Which was upsetting because I Have A Bag Of Avocados Already! I didn't however have what was needed to make guacamole. As a Sous Chef I expect a restaurant like this to be better than what I received as we don't order out often.
The salad bar is amazing and the food is served usually pretty quickly. The staff are usually pretty sweet. Especially the staff that take care of the dining room.Place is clean and the food is good. Sandwiches, soups, salads and sides. They do offer a kids menu.
Good all around. We sat outside which I find great that they have a few tables. The inside is big and was packed. I didn't want to be inside cause of Covid. They could be more expedite on the cleanliness outside and keeping the area spotless.
Great pastrami sandwich. Had the dip one 3 times. First was excellent as broth wasn't too salty it was the end of night so maybe that's a factor. Second 2 broth was salty.Potatoes are HUGE! Good salad bar, and great sodas from bottle like old days, worth the price.The portions are big for the most part. Chicken panini is normal. Taste is good. It's my go to quick meal.
All the food we had was very good. I would have like the steamed vegetables a little more cooked but overall it is definitely a place I will come back to.
