I have never screamed louder in my life. Ordered cookies through uber eats and they were set down outside. No knock or call or app update to let me know they were here. When I realized they were out there I brought them inside only for 3 giant roaches to jump out. The stickers sealing the boxes don't stop roaches. Please let your patrons know when something is delivered! Normally the app says when something is delivered, but yall never updated it to let me know. Even a slight knock would've alerted my dog to let me know. Horrible experience
One box of my cookies tasted like they had lemon flavoring in them. I assume it's because they were packed with the lemon poppy seed. Waste of cookies and money!
The brownie and cookies were good but the price and calories in there desert's definitely aren't friendly on calorie watchers
Do you not bother to require ID or PINs on large dollar orders? I really appreciated having my money stolen due to your lack of a policy or failure to enforce a policy. No worries currently, though, I never have nor will I ever shop with your company.
I ordered cookies for Valentine's Day for my daughter at FSU and after over 4 hours late I called the store and was told they won't be delivered (even though they were order days ahead of time). This is the second time this location has messed up our order to deliver to our student. It won't happen again, we will never order from here again.
So glad I finally had the chance to get some of these cookies, they where all good the selection I got but my favorite was the S'mores cookie, definitely will be coming back for more, even though it's a bit pricey it's worth it for sure. They where all hot and fresh.
Not only are the cookies awesome, but the driver tonight was a truly incredible human. My son was having a rough day and I so appreciate the kindness. Thank you!
