Erica was our server, such a great demeanor, very friendly, personable and attentive. I had the Blueberry French Toast, my mom had the Strawberry Crepes. Mine was delicious, moms, the strawberries were a little off, but over all a good experience.
Food was good, but the customer service and wait time was unacceptable. We had a new waiter and I understand that you are new but you should still check on your tables and know what foods are included with the meals the customers are ordering.We waited 1 hour after seating just to get our food and when we got our food we got it in bits and pieces when everyone came to eat together!I wish they would have made it known from the beginning that the wait time to get food would be over an hour wait especially with me traveling with a small impatient child.
We had a late takeout dinner, after midnight, from this IHOP on Thursday night last week. The staff was wonderful and gave us excellent service! I tried the new banana protein pancakes and they were delicious! Tasted better than the usual pancake batter and the bananas gave it the right sweetness. Great for someone wanting to stay away from sugary syrups. Thank you!!!
So, not like there are an abundant # of later nite eateries, after picking up mom from airport, she wants coffee and no dinner, (she ate earlier) and my GF and I had not eaten dinner. So at 1030, IHOP is the choice. Well...if u are looking for some solid grub late night, u cannot go wrong here. I had a Colorado omelet that was outstanding! Full of meat, and egg cooked perfectly. Kudos 2 the cook that night.? adding the pancakes was just the perfect end to a really great unexpected meal. Our server was also outstanding, accommodating my mom w kind words and FRESH coffee. Thanks for that old friend...
We had a great experience when we visited in 5/3/22. Our first visit in Tallahassee and we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted when we arrived. Everyone was smiling! Our server T.K. Tamara was very courteous and cheerful. In fact everyone that worked there seemed to enjoy their work. We could even hear the kitchen staff singing. We will definitely return next time we are in their area. Other restaurants could learn from them on how to provide excellent customer service.
Stopped by after a long day of driving and noticed that there was only one employee. His only table was finishing up, so we decided to stick around. We didn’t catch his name, but he was professional, kind, and VERY quick in terms of bringing out the food despite the circumstances. He was doing the serving, cooking, cleaning, etc. Several other customers came and one was rude and very vocal about an understandable wait, and that didn’t change his attitude at all. He did an amazing job!
Nice server, really helpful and polite. What turned me off was that I was not given the code needed to redeem my pan coins from the new program. I asked a server other than my own server who told me the codes was on a separate part of the receipt. The server then brought what I now know to be a random code since it gave me $5 less in coin cash than I was entitled to on a $68 bill, excluding tip.
Waitress was really nice and professional. The cook could use a little help. Gave me runny eggs with a bit of beard hair. I asked for more eggs and they sent out a better plate of eggs but minus the cheese I paid for. I guess they thought I should pay for more cheese and I feel my eggs should have been cooked all the way in the first place. Looked like snot coming from the middle.
From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile from Yaya. Our server was outstanding (my apologies for not remembering her name) and made us feel like we were at her home and stopped in for breakfast. Food was yummy and hot. Coffee was superb! Was pleasantly surprised the bathrooms were even clean with the short-handed situation all shops/ restaurants are experiencing. Y'all do a fantastic jobfrom the front door to the kitchen! Keep up the good work and know that it does not go unnoticed!
This is a tough one cause the food was alright and the server was sweet, but not once did she refill a drink or ask if we needed anything. Never had to hunt down a waitress so many times... she coulda been new????
