had a good experience! they have new management staff, food was great. I would go back.
If I could give this rating a negative 10, I would. This was my first and last time ordering here. Should’ve read all the negative reviews beforehand. Took 15 min to place an order, waited an hour an a half for a simple pizza and was told only 45 min wait. Seemed reasonable since they are located 3 minutes up the road. Tried getting a refund and was told to wait, took another 10 minutes to just get hung up on. Terrible service from the manager. I would not recommend ordering here and not surprised by the other reviews. Apparently they’ve also charged my card five times and I’m considering calling my lawyer.
Absolutely do not go to this Hungry Howies!They made the pizza wrong and my colleagues and I only knew that toppings were missing from tasting the thing. I checked it at the store but thought some of the toppings were under the cheese.. I was so wrong.. only 1 topping was really there... I called and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes!While on hold, I drove over there. I brought back the rest of the pizza and showed them that it was wrong. They said I had to talk to the manager. He was too busy outside on a call for over 15 minutes so I had to wait.The manager, Keith, kept the rest of the pizza and told me that I have to pay over $6 for them to remake it.. He even said he was giving me a discount! HILARIOUS!!!He also said that it's store policy that you have to bring back the whole pizza for an exchange.. I'm like, where is that written?! No response from him. It is not written anywhere..Also, how does that policy make sense as most people only know that food is made incorrectly by tasting it. Like, I can't look at the crust and tell that the butter crust is really ranch by looking at it.. That is so ridiculous!
Absolutely was about the worst experience ever in a public place, one of the employees was on the phone as it he was home. Loud vulgar language constantly, me as well as other patrons walked outside until our orders were ready. Absolutely ridiculous.
Worst service I ever received for ordering pizza for my office. Will not be ordering any more from this store. Pizza as well as service was very poor.
Ordered a large specialty stuffed crust pizza last night. Was missing two garlic sauce cups that I paid for and the pizza was raw. Toppings looked perfect though. the minute you lifted a piece of pizza you could see the moisture on the dough and it was stretchy and basically gross. I called the number on the howie tracker and they said they would contact the store. 30-45 minutes later i get an email saying they dont do refunds but would credit me for a two topping large pizza. In what freaking reality does that even make sense. "hey you ordered this we messed up but we will give you something else of lesser value to make up for our error". I said give me credit for what i purchased and they replied back with you should have called us immediately and we could have taken care of it. Stay away from this store its horrible
I could've given by money to the needy instead of wasting it on burnt dough. Staff didn't do anything to accommodate me either even with pictures.

This the most ridiculous hungry Howie in town because I order 2 pizza and cinnamon stick.I wanted large order of cinnamon stick they said it's only one size but the other hungry Howie has large then this hungry Howie didn't give me the icing go with it and forgot one of the topping on one of the pizzas then they were so greasy. I called manager I explained to him he wanted drive all the back it would take 30 min to back and 30 min back home. Poor management ?
