There are better chicken sandwiches that cost less in town.Items were excessively expensive and lacked flavor. It seemed like to goal was an upscale chicken sandwich place, but after trying a majority of the menus items, the basic flavor wasn't there.The fries were overcooked (beyond crispy and well into crunchy). The mac and cheese tasted like an herb (despite having visible cheese). The chicken tenders were laughably small for the price and, beyond that, they were dry.The sandwiches were....okay. They were crispy, but no where near as good as the price would lead you to expect.In summary, the meal was okay, probably a 3/10, but the price was ridiculous and we won't be back

I went through drive thur and ordered buffalo sandwich and order of chicken fingers and fries .( I wanted the fabulous cookie but where out). My fingers were perfect. I love the new way your making them !!! And my husband absolutely LOVED his sandwich. He dipped it in your ranch dressing.

This is the best Nashville Hot chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. For those who prefer a less spicy sandwich, Birdie's also offers the Buffalo Birdie, the Bacon Ranch Birdie and for plainer (but delicious tastes) a Naked Birdie. I'll have to admit, I fell victim to the hype going around campus. I went in very excited to try this brand new chicken shop and was severely disappointed. For starters, my fries were cold, and I even ate them right after receiving them from the drive thru. I didn't let that ruin my experience though because ultimately it's all about the chicken sandwich. This is when bad turned to worse. I ate my sandwich and while it was hot, it lacked flavor and had virtually no spice level. While I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal, I was at least hoping it would be better than a Chic Fil A sandwich. I don't plan on returning and wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.
Food is hot but all it is is just a chicken sandwich with sauce that your spending 10 on. I mean I can go to chick Fila or Popeyes at least had more to offer. But for just a chicken spot, I guess it’s ok.
First time our family tried this restaurant and boy was I excited.We got waffle fries, a bunch of sauces, the Nashville Hot sandwich, the Bacon Ranch sandwich, and some chicken tenders.Everything was cooked to perfection, the sauce cups were twice what we were normally used to getting from a restaurant so we had a lot left over, and the fry job on the chicken, either on the sandwich or the tenders, was spot on.Definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
Tried the Hot Birdie Chicken sandwich. I give the sandwich 5 stars but I can't understand why I received a hot sandwich but cold fries... If you're gonna staple the bag closed, at least have the decency to give your patron hot fries along with their hot sandwich! I'll definitely try the sandwich again but skip the fries.
