Ordered a delivery meal for a friend. The food was cold upon arrival. The fries were stale, and something was off with the chocolate cake. The Pepsi that was given tasted like mildew. This has turned us off from eating at restaurants. Home cooked meals seem more appealing now.
Can’t figure out why - got terrible treatment on entry in the middle of the week with little to no activity, and couldn’t get the food order in right on a bacon cheese “build your own” burger. ( no bacon no cheese when it came out)Maybe it’s cause I wanted a table and wouldn’t sit at the barThe fact they where out of Blue moon and Modelo wasn’t a good start ..how does management let them run out of beer like that ?Server didn’t check on me after the food came out so I just ate what I got and told her not to charge me for the extras on the burger.Tighten it up on the customer service …start with the basics
Cordial, service was fabulous, mamagement friendly coming to each table for intro and quality assurances. Waitress was extraordinarily wonderful and accommodating with a great PERSONALITY, intentionally left innamed. The "double dipped" wings were fantastic!
Great buffalo shrimp appetizer. Also had Daytona wings. Quality and service was spot on. Best i had in years. Yummy. Definitely going back for more.
Only 4 stars this time, and that is being generous! The only reason that I'm giving 4 is because the server made up for the bad experience we had when we walked in the door! OH, I'M GLAD YOU ASKED!!!We walked in the door and were ignored for nearly 10 minutes! There was a young lady scurrying around handling TO GO orders, but as my wife and I stood by the "SIGN" that says "PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED"... it appears that we were INVISIBLE to about 5 different workers who brushed right by us without saying a word! Finally, one of the young ladies had an epiphany and asked if there is something that we needed? I guess she couldn't figure it out by herself! So we had to explain to her that when people walk through the door of a restaurant and stand next to the sign that says PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED... that means that we would like to be seated!!!Our server was great!Come On Management! Teach your employees how to treat customers!!!!!!
Got in, and we were waiting around 40 minutes before the waiter came back to the table to take orders, 30 minutes for Jack and coke after asking for another one.Really, really, really slow. Doesn't seem like orders were getting put in, and doesn't seem like there's enough staff present to serve much more than the seating that's available at the bar. Maybe skip this, and go to island wing or something else if you don't plan on a 2-3 hour stay at the restaurant waiting on items.Mid-visit update! We have now given up on drinks, and started walking from our table to the bar for refills. If we hit the three hour mark here, we're about to just pay up for what was brought to the table and walk out. Down to one star now for sure, unfortunately.Post visit update. Alright. Management became involved after someone from our table went up front to make a complaint after having been waiting for as long as we were at that point. Additional staff was brought to the table, and everything was expedited at the end right as we were finishing up and about to leave.Food was good, hot and prepped well once it got to the table. I have no complaints with the drinks or the food served.
The food was very good .I got great service from Ashlyn. She is a great server. Good atmosphere.
Food was okay. My caesar salad had several pieces of lettuce that were brown and not fresh, with tons of dressing. Cheesesteak sandwich was quite good but husband's chicken tacos were very mediocre. Chicken was tough and flour tortillas were also tough. Won't very going to Hooters again.
I ordered food for pick-up but they were about 20 mins behind on orders so I waited inside for my food. Once I received it, I took it to my car to check it and they didn't provide any condiments so I went back inside for those. After getting the condiments and getting back to my hotel, time to eat. The shrimp the were extremely overcooked, and our of a 1/2 lb of shrimp, 7 were not devained properly. I was going to eat my waffle fries next when I noticed something stuck to the inside of the foam container, I'm certain it was a deep fried tiny cockroach. I was done at that point and barely kept down the shrimp I ate. Photos don't do it justice.
I've been here a couple of times. It's had its ups & downs, but for the most part the food was good & the girls were quite nice.
