It be a very long wait for delivery. The delivery man try to make you give him a tip and be lying about the actual total of the food. The chicken wings were old and the food was cold. The egg roll was not appetizing. They need better service , and need to stop lying about the wait! I waited almost 2 hours for some food that they said will take 45 minutes to be cooked and delivered.

The vegetarian fried rice had seriously old mushrooms in it. And the vegetarian egg rolls were swimming in grease! We could not finish them because of excessive grease/ oíl.My daughter's family had introduced us to them. After tonights meal, we will not be patronizing them again. What ashame. We had always thought they could be dependedupon..What a waste of money!
Out of all the other Chinese restaurants in Tallahassee this restaurant has the best fried rice.
I only have ordered from here twice and the first time the food was ok other than the rice which was bland but I could get around that by not ordering it again. So I went again and ordered chicken teriyaki and wonton soup. Very disappointed. The chicken was way over cooked dry and rubbery and the soup had no taste. Not sure if I will try it one more time for three strikes because their prices are outrageous. The people are very pleasant but that isn't what will keep people coming back. You can't eat kindness. Really hope they get it together with the food.
If I could give this place less than a 0 rating I would. I've purchased food from them on several occasions and it is not always fresh. Do not purchase their soup as it is filled with msg along with everything else.
I asked for General Sal and Lo main I received rice and Lo main. I went back to get it corrected and both the lady that took my order and the man kept yelling over me. Until I told them to be quiet and to listen to what I was saying. I had no chicken at all. Everything of my order was wrong besides the Lo Main.One you are to be respectful to your customers and always stay professional. Instead of offering to fix it I was charged a extra 3.25 and then they remade the order. I 10/10 do not recommend this place.
I have ordered from this place many times in the past. Their food is always fresh hot and tastey. The long time manager here I became familiar with over the years. If something goes wrong they will make it right!
I love this place food when it’s made right, but today the owner took my order for the first time and was very rude. He kept over talking me and cutting me off. When I tried to ask how much the delivery fee was he thought I said something about food being too high, but when I corrected him and he took the time to listen he apologized for the misunderstanding. I still feel some kind of way because he was in to big of a hurry & I had just give him my card information. He didn’t want to give me a total just keep asking for card number over all my questions. I order from here a lot and most times I pick up my own food. But with him prices were higher than my other orders and I ordered the same thing
I ordered general Taos chicken and it was too sweet extra sweet and a lot of fat pieces with little rice. This is my first and last time. Service was good but the food was really bad. Broccoli decoration was good. By the way the place was filthy.
