Great menu & options; With that being said, the pizza itself seemed like it could have stayed in the oven for another 3-5 minutes. Very, very doughy. Not bad, just not as crisp as i would usually like. 7/10
The food is good. The staff, although nice, are not so good. I called in an order. Was told 15 minuites. I arrived in 16 minuites. Then I waited nearly a half hour. There were 4 people inside when I got there. No one had food. The couple at a table behind me still did not have food when I left. After 15 minutes, they told me my order was not in the system. ( This was after I had allready paid ) then 10 minutes later they " found" my order. Pizza was pretty good, although cold by the time I got back. Overall, it could be a good pizza Ace if they can get their act together.
I've eaten at GSP going back to their humble beginnings. Always good product at main location. Given my first visit at their Capital Circle location last week (1/20 at 5pm) i have to say my friends and i were very disappointed as the four toppings including peperoni sausage mushrooms and onions were applied so sparsely that they were barely noticeable on the two Large Pies ordered. Given a $50 tab, i figure that the firm is well compensated for the product, so i have to wonder how this major oversight can occur? My friends who helped eat this cheese pizza demanded that i share our experience with the Mgt. I hope they take notice and quickly resolve the pizza making process. If not we will have to resort to alternative suppliers.
The only pizzeria that can deliver anywhere inside Tom Brown park. Their 3 toppings pie and garlic knots special is the best! Order your pie with ricotta, kalamata olives, and ham capicola toppings. Amazing!! Special mention to the young lady who promised me a goodie bag with 5 plates, 5 forks, 5 napkins, garlic, and 5 parmesan.5 roses? to you!

Delivered me a pizza that was simultaneously burnt and cold. Shouldn't have to microwave pizza that was just delivered. Id expect that from a big pizza chain, but this is unacceptable for the prices Gaines Street is charging.
Very good pizza. Service was a little slow due to one of our 3 pies having an issue but all came out hot and tasty.
I ordered garlic knots and jalapeno poppers to go on 11/16/21. The garlic knots I recieved were black and hard as hockey pucks. The food was inedible. I called the store for a replacement. They mentioned that I could come pick up replacement knots. The replacement knots were terrible. Definitely rush and rubbery. I visit restaurant almost once a week. I will not go back!
Great pizza. But I like dropping in for a local brew and a salad, esp the Caesar. They'll throw chicken on for protein, which makes the salad around 10 bucks.
