I wish when I walked in here I felt welcomed. Everytime I go in at this location they give a blank stare when you walk in and ignore you, leaving you sitting there for 10 minutes before you finally have to tell them you’re pickup while standing in front of where you pick up. Really need to teach the cooks some hospitality.
I have been to this restaurant 3 times in the last 4 months. All 3 times were different days of the week at different times of the day. It's been really busy and really slow. No matter the time, I was always greeted with a friendly face and I was served quickly with fresh made to order food. Today's visit was no exception even though there were only 2 employees working an unexpected 3 PM rush. Today is the 1st time I'm trying a shake and it is just as good as the hot food.
Telling rideshare driver to wait on fresh fries while the garden on the burger dies and wilts. Quality control? Ha ha ha. Just an excuse to prevent waste for orders that never get picked up at the drivers expense. Funny enough, that delay you cause is why drivers ditch the orders. You create the problem you are trying to mitigate.
We love Five Guys and have frequented this chain in many cities throughout this country for many years. In fact, Five Guys has always been our top choice for a decent burger at a decent price. I'm supposing it's a sign of the times that the burgers have shrunk by close to half of what they used to be and the prices have gone up significantly. The burgers were slider-size. Two VERY SMALL (child size????) cheeseburgers with one "little"-size cajun fry and no drinks was almost $30???!!!! Two burgers and an extra small fry.....3 items at a fast food joint and almost $30. Wow....it's no longer a decent burger for a decent price. The lack of stars is not so much on the location or staff but as a reflection of what has happened with Five Guys. Sad to say, but Five Guys is no longer on our list of places to eat.
Burgers and fries were pretty good but the prices are pretty high for basically a fast food place. A Burger was around $13 and a diet Coke was $5. My stars are for the food and service, not the price.
Kinda expensive. However meat is not frozen. In fact I've heard five guys doesn't even own freezers! Burgers are so good. They are very generous with the fries. Also the staff is very friendly.
I love 5 guys and never had a bad experience at this location or any other until today…..my burger is so pink in the middle. Very disappointed in 5 guys staff for this. Now when I place my order I need to tell them well done because this does not fly with me.
