Firehouse ofd Thomasville Road much better managed and cleaner then fire has off Capital Circle.
This place represents a very noble cause first responders we are forever grateful for the things you do to keep the public as safe as you can the public holds you guys in such high regards
The sandwich is good but the mini is just half of a small so it's really mini. They forgot my cucumbers ?. We love the hook and ladder sub.We were the first ones there for lunch and the floor was messy and the server was cleaning off the tables and drink station with the same old dirty rag and no disinfectant spray Ewww. Isn't the last of the evening shift supposed to no the floors?
Oh my goodness I forgot how delicious the subs are at this place. My husband and I split the hero. I was surprised as how quickly the food came out considering how busy the restaurant. The service was also friendly which is not always the case.
They make a very good club sandwich with pepper jack cheese, you have to ask for it,all they sandwiches are good but you will have a favorite.
Food was ok, but the staff was kinda unwelcoming. Almost as if I made everyone upset just by walking in. Not sure if I'm gonna come back to a firehouse subs establishment.
Best place to go and get a quick lunch I’m in love with there toasted subs the hook and ladder is where it’s at . I’ve been coming to firehouse for 10 years and it keeps getting better .
Restaurant looked much cleaner than last visit. Ordering took quite a while in an almost empty restaurant. Evidently our order was keyed in incorrectly and when we did not receive the Mac and cheese ordered and went up and requested, it was produced. However, during meal a staff member came up to tell us we had not paid for it and needed to see our receipt so she could double check. Three interruptions to the 6 of us and a demand for payment - less than $2. When we explained we had ordered it, she was quite adamant that yes we had, but the order had been input incorrectly and therefore, we owed them for what we had not paid for. Not a win for customer service, all 6 adults were shocked by the incident.Lastly, understand that the orders are no longer brought to the table, but when you place one big order and none of sandwich choices are indicated on the closed containers, we just have to dive in and open each to find our own? Surely there is a better way.Food was good, but service? A lot of I’ll will for less than $2.
Placed an online order, apparently they didn't have what I ordered in stock, so they just didn't make my entire order? Spent my entire lunch break waiting, no one said a word to me... I had to inquire where my order was 30 mins later. Manager was very rude about it.
Not worth one star, lunch on break all coworkers sandwiches came out nice mine barely had any meat on it and slathered with mayo. $12+ for a piece of bread with mayo on it. No thanks
