Raised it a star because the last few times I've been the staff has been more engaging. More friendly.
Used to love coming to this location because it's closest to where we live. However, the last couple of times we've been, we've seen a significant drop in service and quality. A lot of the times I've gone in, most (if not all) of the employees seem like they don't want to be there. May be an underlying issue, but it has greatly impacted service. It has also impacted the quality of the subs that are made. This past time we went was the straw that broke the camels back. For my wife's and son's subs, they got hardly any meat on it, no jalapenos (it was the cajun chicken sub) and looked like it was thrown together. My (club on a sub) wasn't much better. The bread was a bit soggy, and all the toppings were half way off the sub. The taste is still there, so that's a bonus. However, the past couple of times we've went, we also have not gotten the pickle spear. A small thing, but it actually highlights the sub, and something we do thoroughly enjoy. We will continue to be patrons of Firehouse, as we have not had these problems at other locations, but we can no longer support this location.
No more of the famous sauces on display anymore in any of the firehouse subs I had visited in the past year including this store.

Firehouse is almost always uniform no matter where you get it. Literally the best sandwiches I've ever had.
I Will Always give a Restaurant a 2nd Chance. Which I did with this Place. My Girlfriend just Loves there Subs. But not So Fast for Me. We both ordered a sub " Which She Talked Me into? " Got back into the truck, found a Nice Little Spot out of the Sun. 3 Bites into Her Sub, I think it was a Grilled Pastrami? Yup that's right, a Freaking like 10 inch hair... Haven't Bad Mouth these People. But 3 Strikes and You are Out.. That goes for both of Us.. Good Luck Everyone...?
Our sandwiches were made to order, and made very well!! Friendly and reasonably quick service.
Feb 17, 2022, everytime I come to this store, I have a bad experience. I will drive across town before I ever step foot in this store. Terry who claims to be your manager, is an absolute embarrassment to your restaurant and employees. No greetings, not even acknowledged, waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, and my order wrong. As I waited 30 minutes for my food I observed your managers behavior. Everytime the door open she would say for all to hear we will never get out of here tonight. I won't be back no matter the convenience of being close to home.
Best store I have been to and I have been here for 10 years and the new manager there have surely improved this location
Every time I've ordered from their on the app it's always been on time and I've never had a wrong order from there. They're pretty quick too if you order from inside also.
