Worst customer service ever. This is the SECOND TIME IN A WEEK I’ve came to this restaurant and it’s the SECOND TIME IN A WEEK they’ve messed up my order while giving attitude because THEY made it incorrectly. Alongside the talk of getting drunk while in front of customers, their poor ability to pay attention to detail causes them to create orders incorrectly. Thennnn they tried to reuse the same meat from the incorrect sandwiches, mind you one of these was supposed to be PLAIN… they give it back to me with ranch and lettuce they ATTEMPTED to wipe off and pass off as fresh dropped meat. So aggravated with this establishment. Seems like there’s always a problem with this place. I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could.* to be more specific- this is the W Tennessee Street location in Tallahassee, FL *
I love the variety of sandwiches and that they have the coke free style machine, it's amazing since they have a lot of caffeine diet options which is super rare every where else
Today which is June 3, 2022. I came and ate at my usual fire house subs on West Tennessee across from FSU. Not the fire house sub on Capital Circle That I wrote this for you about the first time couple months ago. The experiences from the two locations is like night and day difference, I mean that. Today was so refreshing to come in here and eat with Jo the lady that runs it and all her staff and even the new hires so polite. At this location they’re so on top of things. The store so clean,,,,, it’s just everything! I will literally drive all the way across town just to eat here when I go to Fire House for lunch! And all my fellow employees will do the same I bet. Just want to say thank you to this FireHouse location! ( West Tennessee St) across from FSU! Go Noles
Food is great! Service could be much better. Everyone gets overwhelmed sometimes so I am understanding when it comes to waiting and people getting stressed. Missed a few customizations on the online order but it still tasted great. We will be going to the Monroe location instead from now on.
Incompetent and inefficient store. They had me waiting for no reason while my food was ready. They did not call my name or attempt to notify me while I waited right in front of them. They did not even provide napkins for my to go order. Hard to believe this is a sandwich store.
It's a great experience if you're a goat and enjoy eating the paper that was left wrapped around the meat after steaming it, and is now on your sub!!! WTH!!!
Customer service was very good, but my sandwich, though fresh, was anti-climatic. I'll try again in the near future.
It was the first time they ever messed up my food. It was a bit okay but I ordered a spicy Cajun sandwich and it was literally just chicken and a bunch of mayo. Wasn’t spicy at all and didn’t even have the seasoning on it. So that was a bit disappointing.
Horrible experience, I ordered food from here with the impression that they close at 11pm as I previously check online before placing my order just to make sure I had time to pick it up(by this time it was 9:40pm) once my order was placed I received an email saying that my order was gonna be ready in about 45mn “weird but oki I was hungry” then when I went to pick my food the place was closed so I called and explain the situation to which they told me that they closed at 10pm. In the end I couldn’t get my money back. Overall not going there never again.Fix your online schedule!
There was a big cockroach roaming around this establishment. Thankfully I wasn’t here to order food, just pick up an order. Regardless this shouldn’t be excused.
