Pretty okay place. They have food, which is good. Honestly though, subway tastes better and is cheaper, but firehouse has better quality, and they have good cookies. The employees are pretty cool too. I’ve met a few of them here and there, boss man John is cool. Would like to get to know the employees better. Also, their bacon needs to be crispier.
They hire children that's always playing over your food while fixing it and they don't pour the water off of the meat while fixing your subs the bread be wet.

The subs are great it’s the customer service that stink when we walked in nobody greeted us they looked at us like we were not supposed to be there we had to speak first and everyone else that came in after us was greeted with no problem

Manager is rude to 3rd-party delivery drivers. We’re not your employees, we’re there on behalf of customers. I’ve never been anything but polite and respectful when I’ve gone to pick up orders.
Went in at 6:30ish on August 15th and had a wonderful time dealing with Trey! It was only him and another girl and he was cleaning the store (pulled everything from up against the line and was mopping it) and still managed to help us in a timely manner and had a great personality. He was so sweet. He also initially forgot to put bacon on my turkey bacon ranch sandwich and instead of letting me walk out like most people do for me to find out when I got home he stopped me and put bacon on it. Such a great experience :)
