I came in for lunch today. The young lady was nice until a group of young Hispanic men came in and sat in front of me. She totally forgot me as she flirted and laughed and talked with them!! SMH. I couldn't get a refill or anything. It was like I was invisible!!! I'd rather go to taco bell next time. I am humiliated and frustrated. Poor service today. Her name is Paola. Shame on her!!! I was in between 130-230 for lunch. My total was 15.04. I paid with my debit card.
I visit usually around once a week over the past 3 yrs.- house margaritas are generally kind of "bitter"- food is okay & standard- the music tonite is better suited for a dance club than to listen to during dinnerIt seems that the impression you give to customers is declining. Oh, and you have more staff hanging around on their cell phone than actually working.
Always great food and great service. The house drinks are 241 and not bad for the price. Everyone is friendly and the seating options are nice. This place is a go to for whatever the occasion... Family, friends, coworkers... You name it. Even the vegetarian friends like it and it always tastes fresh. Clean, fast and tasty!
We're considering moving from Ohio to Tallahassee and when we're visiting and checking out the area, I said, "the one thing I need is a great Mexican restaurant." Boy, I was not disappointed! Great enchiladas and fajitas and burritos. Phenomenal cheese dip and salsa! HUGE margaritas. I prefer the simple lime, while my S/O goes for fruity flavors like pineapple. We were both very happy!
I ordered lunch steak fajitas for pick up. The order was ready when I arrived. Hot and smelling awesome. Get to the office and oh my what a huge portion. It was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend!

I recently placed a large catering order for a wedding and El Jalisco came through and then some! The ordering process was easy (thank you to both Jesus and Ivan!) and they were very straightforward with pricing. On that note, the pricing was super affordable and a huge bang for our buck. I called them to give them a heads up when we were on our way to pick it up, and they were right on time packing everything up. And ultimately and most importantly, the food was delicious. A ton of compliments from the wedding guests. A huge thanks to the kitchen staff and everyone else at El Jal - you guys killed it!
