The ladies at the drive thru and window were nice. They gave my son a chocolate sprinkled donut ?. It was sweet of them! Thanks for being kind. Ps he's making sure I rate this store specifically! Hahah
The sandwiches were very old and under a heat lamp or similar, if we weren't in a hurry to get on the road we would have come back for a refund.
Sandwich was burnt. went back to get if fixed. The lady on the window was super sweet! but the cook was sassy and gave attitude and was being smart.
This is my regular coffee stop. I come every weds before church. My orders always the same. Never had the first issue ( unless you count them discontinuing my favorite drink but that’s completely out of their hands). The employees are always super nice. This is by far my favorite Dunkin in Tallahassee , shoot even the Florida area.
This was the worst dunkin experience I've ever had. The coffee was so burnt and old tasting and shortly after drinking it my mom and I both felt nauseated. This morning we both are still feeling crummy. I will never go back to this location again.
Usually I love this Dunkin and I give no grief, however “light spread” does not mean practically “no spread” I barely had any cream cheese on this bagel half, the other was like a thin membrane. I did not check my bag, so maybe my bad this time around. Just please be more cautious next time, guys.Other than that it was all good. ?
I come here quite often and always leave a tip and absolutely love this dunkin but when curtain workers are working they will not make hashbrowns in the afternoon. They will say they are out or that they are frozen. Don't offer it on the menu all throughout the day if you don't want to make them.
This was horrible girl wasn’t very helpful except to tell us how frap machine is broken no bread and no glazed donuts. One one kind of chocolate donut. Very shocked with a brand new store very little to offer. Asked her and said they weren’t busy at all today.. hope it gets better here..
A bank turned DDs.!! Nice store. Coffee n donuts as good as expected. Servers were friendly n funny.
No sense of urgency, not friendly and very unprofessional staff. Does not greet and no smiles, even though there are masks doesn't mean you can wear a dirty look for everyone.
