Gave me burnt toast twice!
Literally the nicest and funniest employees. I will 100% drive out of my way to go to this Dunkin because I loved the uplifting mood from all of the employees. My iced coffee also tasted really good so it was a win win.
Went at 5:45pm and they were out of everything we wanted. Not to mention they were baked yesterday. SORRY WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.
Upside down in the box and they taste day old. Truly disappointed
The people were so rude and had no clue how to make anything I ordered. I’d rather drive across town then come here again.

We order a bacon egg and cheese and we got the sandwhich there was a hash brown on it and the bacon was raw. We asked for a refund and was given every excuse in the book as to why they couldnt refund us. Such as, there is no manager on duty or the draw couldnt be opened. I understand that draws cant be opened on command. So I offered to pay cash to open the draw and just refund the total or the food and she refused and just walked away from me. How rude and
Have never had someone be so nasty as the women that took our order in the drive through, believe she had tattoos on her arm, and she was condescending, rude, and did nothing to facilitate orders, only made them more difficult. When the passenger leaned over to clarify something in the speaker, she snarkily cut them off to say 'are you talking to me'. Rude, unnecessary, and makes things more difficult for themselves and the customers
I just wanted to take a minute and recognize Gretchen for being the only person in town that I can count on to get me in, out, and on my way with a smile and accuracy to match. As long as I see her in the window, I know my order will be right and I won’t be late for work. Stay awesome Gretchen!!
The lady working with us was being very condescending and openly rude about new customers. She would say things like “lucky me” or “oh joy” and speak quickly. I don’t know why she would work in food industry if she’s going to be so negative.
