Normally the Iced Moca latte is good but this day it didn't taste right and only had a little ice to make it cool not Ice Cold.
Staff is very courteous! My coffee always comes out the way I ask for it.
Cashier was amazing. He smiled and made our drinks perfect! Donuts were top notch!

Right off the bat this location put a bad taste in my mouth. The man over the intercom seemed bothered to have a customer. There was absolutely no joy in this man's tone or interaction. Something in your location's morning routine/ pow wow needs change. The unhappy resignates through the speaker. Someone in the management needs to encourage this team to have a great day because they are absolutely miserable at work. Hell, a simple cup of coffee maybe to pep the team up, a sprinkled donut ... maybe a high five...something.I passed a DD on the way to yours this morning and went out of my way to come spend my money here and am leaving less happy than when I woke up. It truly makes a difference in your customers day when they are greeting enthusiasticly vs. made to feel like a burden. Dunkin' strives itself on being the start to a great day and a happy crew starts with the management and their passion for customer service
Victoria, Adam, Ashley and Tyrail are awesome employees, wonderful atmosphere ? ? definitely a clean store and prompt service, fresh donuts and super fantastic iced coffee. Anytime you want Tallahassee's finest, stop by.
Slow, Rude, and racist. I am a dasher, ny small orders are never ready. Today , I was waiting for my order for over 10 mins, white man walk in and they immediately greet him and ask him what his order was. I dash with my dasher mask, gloves and T-shirt and was ignored.
