So we ordered off the mobile app and we showed up they said they didnt get it. We looked and infact they did get it because they made our drinks but not our food. I then physically had to give my phone to the employee for her to find all the donuts and food. Waited five extra minutes after showing up 15 minutes after the order was placed to an empty Dunkin store. When i got the donuts all the filling donuts had one drop of filling in them and lacked the proper flavor because they were missing filling. I hope this store gets its stuff together because its unacceptable in my book. Also this store has nothing to do with the name cake batter drink but it sure didn't taste like cake batter.
My coffee was fine, but what the heck is up with the hash browns here?
They rushed my order even though I was the only person in line. My drink is messed up and when I tried to tell the worker she explained to me that’s just how it is even though I’ve had this drink a million and 1 times . They also charged me for a pup cup
They were too busy talking about what Dunkin coffee goes best with fireball to take my order. Loud music inside, staff was eating and coughing while preparing orders. I'm appalled.
How hard is it make get a customers order correct? I usually stop by this DD on my way to work and order a Iced Black Coffee with 2 splenda and I'd say 3 out of 5 times my order is incorrect. Their either is no splenda or like this morning the coffee is so sweet I cannot even drink it. How hard is it to put 2 packets of splenda in a coffee and stir it up, very frustrating.
Workers rude and unprofessional all I asked was “ you said come inside” in a nice calm voice and someone on the speaker responded “ yeah unless you know how to make the register work” like that’s so unprofessional to say and also the manger called one of her employees a “ nigga”
The Manager/woman with the hard set has no type of hospitality..We came thru drive thru and was told they are on a register count down and it would be a 10min wait .Ok fine we were gonna leave but I had to use the bathroom and felt it would be worth the wait..Was told the women's bathroom out of order(we were in by this time) I inquired about the men's bathroom.. She's behind the counter yelling "both bathrooms are out,both bathrooms are out.. I'm waiting onRouter Rooters to com"..No I'm sorry I apologized no nothing please bare with us as we count our registers nothing!! Actually didn't even acknowledge we where sitting in the lobby as she talk to the young lady cleaning the lobby.. Then proceeds to ask the young lady who left the doors unlocked!? Like wow I guess we shouldn't have been there..By this time we are waiting (about 6mins) to get coffee because we are from out of town In for a AAU tournament and didn't want to go far because the game was in 15mins..Then she proceeded to tell another customer it will be over 15mins..Bad enough we couldn't order for 10mins, we couldn't use the bathroom and we where made as if we shouldn't even came into an OPEN business..
Very bad experience! Got charged and yelled at by worker and never even received my order. Was also asked to give back a drink they gave me that I had already paid for and taken a sip of. Very rude workers too. Wont be returning.
Nice location to have a great cup of coffee.
Be kind to food service workers. You guys are doing amazing and you're the sweetest people. I love studying in y'alls Dunkin :)
