I rarely leave reviews, but honestly. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in all of Tallahassee. I placed an order on Uber Eats and they consistently get it wrong, but it's not just that they get it wrong. It seems like they intentionally do the opposite of your requests. I ordered a sandwich without cheese and they put cheese on both sides of the sandwich. I also ordered a coffee and asked for only 1 creamer. The coffee is almost paper white because of the amount of creamer they put in it. My partner ordered an egg sandwich and they didn't...give her an egg? Really feels intentional to me. When I make the decision of ordering at work, it's because I'm in a bind and I'm really hungry. And exhausted. Then they give me something I have to pick around. It's just a shame. I definitely don't recommend going here. From a manager standpoint, what I would recommend is getting some new employees. Cause the ones you have are going to lose you a ton of local business.
Just went through drive through sitting in the back seat while my children are waiting the girl say welcome to DD. Silence so my daughter sàys are you ready for my order she say yes, however my other daughter isn't ready, the girl taking the order laughs say well you rushing us and you're not even ready to order. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I hadn't said anything until that point and asked to speak to a manager as we pulled up a gentleman says he's one of the managers says he sorry for that I said I hope so because I will be writing a review on this poor customer service that was just displayed on a place I frequent.
Great drive through experience. Friendly staff and good coffee and drinks
Historically poor customer service. Rude. Unprofessional. I don't know where these people come from. Questionable at best.I can get better service walking inside the local convenience store to grab a cup of coffee. Even better, take my $$ elsewhere.Little girl taking drive through orders tested my last nerve today. And this marked our last visit. Get it together Dunkin.

When I arrived at the drive thru I explained to the dunkin cashier Jessica that I needed a minute before placing my order. When I went to place my order I was interrupted and told that I was rude for using the phone while in the drive thru. Although I apologize and stated that I would be willing to drive back around Jessica continued to be disrespectful and continued to provide me with drive thru etiquette training rather then take my order. When I asked her for the phone number to the corporate office she told me to google it. The only word I can use to describe her and her behavior is disgusting.
My daughter just started coughing and told me her milk tasted bad. It turns out Dunkin gave me chunky milk that expired 2 weeks ago. If they can’t even manage something as simple as expiration dates, it makes me wonder what other health codes they’re violating. Obviously we won’t be going back to that Bannerman Crossing store with no management.
This it the best Dunkin I have been to the people that works there are nice and friendly and the manager told me that the lobby will open as soon as they get more people to work there and every time something is wrong with my order they fix it
The workers there are very nice and friendly. With that said without fail every single time my order is not fixed the way I ordered it or there is an item missing!!
Asked for iced coffee two days in a row got a hot coffee then asked them to make it iced they just add ice and pour the hot in sad how they can’t just make a brand new iced coffee that takes two seconds
