Lacuera at Dunkin on 300 tennessee store 354829 took my order today. I just did a massive relocation and my 5 year old grandaughter was sprung on me to help. We are so tired. This morning she was like NaNa I need breakfast. I literally went in my nightgown and slippers to the drivethrough. I was so tired. At the speaker I said I cannot read the menu I am so tired can I tell you what I want. She said sure. I said I want a large cup of coffee mild. I want the cup to be half coffee half steamed milk. I do not know what you call that. And put about half a truck load of sugar in it please. She said it sounds like you want a lahta and made me an excellent cup of coffee and saved my life. She was so awesome to have as a server. Give her a raise.
Got breakfast from Dunkin early in the morning. It is safe to say that the staff was not prepared for the order I gave them. I have never waited so long to receive an order before. I believe I waited about 35 minutes in the drive through for the staff to get everything ready. It was really obnoxious.The food was good but the drinks were filled with an excessive amount of ice.
West Tennessee St location is by far the best location out here! They always get my food right, the first time, and are always respectful. We even get smiles at the window!
If I could give 0 stars I would. All I wanted as a Hot Chocolate and a Vanilla Sprinkle Donut. They had no hot chocolate and the donut I received had no icing or sprinkles. It wasn't even an accidental glazed donut because there was NOTHING on it.. it was essentially a piece of bread.
I am new to Tallahassee, but quickly discovered DO NOT GO HERE! they never have anything in stock. They never have any flavors that they advertise. I literally drive 10 extra minutes to the other DDs
Stopped two times and both visits were terrible. Very rude and impatient. Will not return to this location. With that being said, we've visited many many Dunkin Donuts all over Florida and this is the first time we've had a bad experience.
“We are currently in “shift change” and we can’t make a coffee because we’re incompetent” This Dunkin is trash even if you get a coffee :)
I get that prices everywhere have gone up across the board. But here Dunkin Donuts their prices doubled. Isn't that price gouging.
Coffee always cold or Luke warm, hot chocolate machine down until spring break even though hot chocolate is advertised everywhere in the store. They need to restock their inventory better because they seem to be out of a lot of the food items as well.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! Save yourself the time and money and go ANYWHERE ELSE! Disrespectful staff, they dont care about your order or you and will purposly mess up your drink sevwral times in a row with attitude. This location is pathetic.
