Waited over 30 minutes for a bagel while the employees crushed donuts behind the counter and did nothing I hate it here
I love this store and the employees. This is the best store me and my mother have ever gotten my Frozen Caramel coffee with 8 extra swirl of caramel from. Seems like everything is always on point, the other stores doesn’t do it so well.
Changed my price twice and also kept my change after trying to make me seem like I couldn't count I just told them to donate my stolen change! Only you pull off and see French vanilla to them is peppermint after everything else!!! Thanks a lot just don't come if you don't want to work

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for 5 years, my sister worked here as well as my best friend, she used to be a team lead here. I was told this was a medium in a large cup. This is clearly a small or not a full medium.When I asked about I was lied to and disrespected. As well I did not get my full refund because of the lies. I was told two different prices. This particular female wanted to adjust the price after she made the mistake and she charged me extra to compensate her mistake. A few cents won’t hurt someone but it’s the disrespect I can’t tolerate. Please think before coming to this location!!!!!

Order a bacon croissant sandwich and a large coffee around 9 a.m.. Croissant came with cheese after the ticket order said explicitly no cheese. I couldn't find the receipt so they could only give me a new sandwich. Honestly, I just wanted a refund since it is 2:30 p.m. not really in the mood for a breakfast sandwich since I just had lunch. Manager wasn't so friendly either. I highly suggest checking your order because we obviously know they don't, and so you don't go hungry majority of your work day. Thanks Dunkin Donuts!

My brand new credit card was used to make a $175 purchase within 1 hour of ordering coffee at this location. Went back and noone there even wanted to acknowledge me. Graduation weekend at FSU so they know most probably would not notice until they returned home. Beware
