Very disappointed with my experience here. Ribs were very dry and tough. I had to actually try to get the meat off the bone. Sausage was good, but that was the only bright spot in my visit. Mac n Cheese tasted like it came from the frozen food isle in the grocery store. Will drive out of my way to go to other bbq places that have good food, for much cheaper.

Located in a nearly empty huge food mall adjacent to a shopping mall, Dreamland’s ribs were dry, the sauce options 1, the beans out of a can with no embellishments, the potato salad mostly mush, and the service, well, nonchalant. We sat outside at a grimy mesh-metal table, and when we asked the waitress is she could wipe it down, she noted, “We usually don’t clean these tables.” Up the road north is Sonny’s BBQ, and, yes, a chain ribs’ joint, a better choice than Dreamland. Cannot recommend a visit.

Not gonna lie... I was not thrilled with our experience, here. We were excited to try it out on Sunday since they have free kids meals with adult purchase, but it still wasn't worth the money in my opinion. There was only one type of BBQ sauce served, and it was too tangy for my personal taste. I thought there may be more options of BBQ flavors. The portions on our adult plates were very small, but the kids meals were pretty decent. That's why I'm giving 3 stars instead of less...My kids enjoyed their meals, were full, and our Server was kind and helpful. Unfortunately those were the only positive experiences. It was loud, the tables were really close to the booths, and over all it was not worth what we paid. I expected bigger portions and more options.

Wold post photos of the food... but It was down the hatch too fast. My daughter had the tenders meal and my son had a burguer both gone I loved the fresh made coleslaw and my chopped pork was great. The sauce for fries with cheese was spicy ( im a wimp). All in all will be coming again

So glad we discovered this place! We were in the area and craving BBQ and just so happened to see the sign off John Knox. We had trouble finding out exactly where it was after turning it, but we finally did. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, but we were quickly greeted by a lady who was very sweet and attentive. She gave us menus and waited for us to decide what we were getting for take out. We decided on the traditional bbq sandwiches with pork which were AMAZING! I got the slaw for a side and absolutely loved it, although I wish the portion size was bigger. Food was ready quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience. This will definitely be our go to BBQ place from now on!!

The baker potato was on point! I highly recommend it! The baked beans tasted like store bought ones from a cheap brand. Hence, taking off 1 star.

Been here a lot and finally got the ribs OMG so good. Only negative was CNN of on the tv

Fantastic! The food was great atmosphere was wonderful; service was phenomenal. The head cook came out checking on the customers to see if there food was satisfying to their taste, and the music everybody must come to here. I will definitely go back again.

Ate here for the first time, meeting family here. Ordered rib plate (spare ribs) and chicken plate, with potato salad, cole slaw and each of us had a beer. Ribs were tender, fall off the bone!! Sides were good, chicken was good, as well. Good service, as well. The BBQ sauce was a bit too tangy (vinegary) for our tastes but acceptable. Maybe a 2nd choice with a sweeter flavor might be good. Overall we would come back again. A bit hard to locate, and navigate through the chopped up "Centre" but finally found the restaurant, after asking our family "Where is this place?" They eat here quite a bit and enjoy the Thursday night Blues night.

This place will be out of business very soon! Gave them several chances...keeps getting worse! You cant keep serving dry, overcooked, meatless, old ass ribs every time. Sauce is their only bright point...and server was very nice...Saturday night and the place was a ghost town.
