The waitress (who is on her second day) and the appetizers are great. The food was horrible. If you want a very short dinner date or if you want to potentially poison the person you’re dining with, this is the spot. We didn’t eat the dinner and just asked for the check because it was disgusting. I hope the waitress gets another job somewhere and she makes good money this summer.
We enjoyed lunch here we family on our way to the beach. The food was served hot and the sushi was fresh and well prepared. Our server was attentive.
Delicious food, great service, polite and gracious staff. We arrived about 35 minutes before closing and they never made us feel rushed. We happened upon Dao by chance and are so happy we did!!! I ordered the Seafood Martini and my husband ordered the Crab Explosion. OMG!!!!!! The presentation of the food was almost as amazing as the taste!!! I would give Dao 10 stars if I could!!! It was a very long drive but we will definitely be back..... thank you Dao Restaurant!!!!
Our meal is always delicious. So much food in the Bento box we each have two meals! Love the food and the quick service on take out!

Want to start by saying that the customer service is incredible, from the complimentary valet parking to being acknowledged immediately upon walking in and being seated and served (I made reservations to ensure no wait time). I would have given this establishment an excellent rating if I had enjoyed my meal as much. Loved the appetizers (krab rangoon, fried calamari, and bbq spare ribs). My husband ordered the sesame chicken, my daughter ordered the beef negimaki, and my sister ordered the seafood fried rice. I ordered the mahi mahi with sweet Thai chili sauce. Not sure what was going on with the sauce, but it was not as I expected; it was more of a "gelatin-type" texture; not appetizing at all. However, I didn't bother to send it back; I simply poured all of the sauce from my plate. After doing so, I was able to enjoy the fish and the veggies. I will plan to visit again, and if I do decide to order the Mahi Mahi, I'll be sure to request that the sauce be very light! Overall, loved the atmosphere/ambiance of the restaurant; very spacious as well...
Quite atmosphere, great food and service.
Service was great.. food, however, I wouldn’t even consider edible. Especially for a fine dining experience. The 45 minute wait for a table suggested that this experience was going to be exquisite. We were hugely mistaken. Jumbo crispy scallop— was excited about it. Sounds good on paper. Order came with about 8 scallops and the rest was peppers and onions. This would not be necessarily a bad thing, except there’s no doubt in my mind that these were frozen scallops. The batter was bland. 1/5. Pan fried Beef noodles— you sure get a lot of noodles. But the beef was not restaurant quality. I would dare say, that burger king’s whopper meat is a better grade. Please do not take this as an exaggeration as it could well possibly be the worst “meat” I’ve ever eaten bar none.
This is one of our go to restaurants. Shusi is one of the best. Huge selection. The wine is great. The interior is beautiful
