We waited 20 minutes (not exaggerating) and hadn’t even gotten to order yet. At that rate, we decided another place would be quicker because it would have taken another 15-20 (or more) to get our food. Definitely do not recommend.
Extremely slow service. In need of a quick meal we stopped here for the easy access back to the highway. When we arrived, only two individuals were waiting for their order and one family was at the counter placing an order. It took over 25 minutes to get two sandwiches and one small fry....and they gave us the wrong sandwich! The freezer with ice cream located in the dinning room looked very unappetizing with a nasty green sludge at the bottom. Will take the next exit next time.
The dairy Queen is just as good as ever! The blizzards are scrumptious the burgers are outstanding as usual! The staff here is exceedingly helpful and nice. There's handicap parking handicap entrance, two bathrooms available. They also have a nice drive-thru and there is a nice size parking lot.
Service was good. I ordered a banana split and was disappointed. The bananas were frozen, the ice cream tasted stale and the entire sundae tasted like it was pre made then frozen. I will not order a banana split from this restaurant again.
Restaurant was clean and well staffed with polite employees. But something has gone wrong with their flamed broiled hamburgers. They used to be very good. But the one I got was not the good quality they used to be. I wondered if they have shifted to the incredible burger meat substitute. Very sad ?. Guess it's chicken strips from now on, if I go.
I placed a mobile order for the purpose of not having to wait long and go back home. I stood in the lobby of this store for 10 solid minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The Team Lead on duty was kind, though slightly distracted as he was at the drive-thru sweeping.The employee at the front register was completely rude, laughed and scoffed at me because I mentioned the wait time. She the proceeded to tell me she wasn't laughing at me.How do you expect $15/hour, when you provide $3/hour customer service?
This DQ is notoriously slow. The employees don't care and do sloppy work (I usually have to wipe drips off the side of my milkshake when I receive it). Yesterday they gave us napkins with our order that had chocolate ice cream on them. However, we didn't order anything with chocolate ice cream! We go here about once a week, but that's IT. Done. There's a Sonic up the road.....
My only complaint is that they put my chili dog in the bag end-up, instead of level flat. When I opened the box, I had a messy bunch of chili all at one end! I used my sundae spoon to goop it all back in place, but eating it was messy with all the chili voodoo all over the outside of the bun. The girl that took my order was fast and professional. Gotta love DQ!
We just visited this DQ this evening and it had to be one of the weirdest and worst visits I've experienced here in Tallahassee. The staff clearly could not care less, barely would respond to us ordering and seemed really spaced out. We were the only car in the drive through but they had us pull up and park. When the employee came out with our order, he seemed like a deer in headlights. No response at all to anything. It was really really strange. Then, when we got our blizzards they were somehow already melted.On the 5 minute drive home, all three blizzards completely melted. I ordered an Oreo Dirt Pie blizzard for my daughter and it ended up missing the gummy worms, which was the only reason she wanted to order that one. I won't be visiting this DQ any more in the future.
Asked for 2 sides of gravy, got one, asked for ranch, got a quarter of a side portion cup full... cheese curds were mushy and only got enough fries to cover the bottom layer of the paper in the tenders box... do better DQ ?
