Your employees act like we are inconvenient for them. Food is hit or miss here. Sometimes good, sometimes stale buns and little effort put in to making the food look presentable. Oh, and clean the parking lot, dinning room and bathrooms, my God
Went to DQ thinking I was going to enjoy a Bacon/cheese triple combo the line was long the employees work ethics is poor and giving customers cold food isn't fair at all. I took my food back to get my money the manager replied I knew you was coming to get your money back. Then that's the case why give out cold food just to get my money. I'm sorry DQ have to get better everyone deserves hot fresh food.
Our visit was really good. This is my 2nd time getting the slushy. I absolutely love it! It was perfect both times. The guy at the window was very polite.
I wish they had a zero star button… This is absolutely the worst customer service, longest wait, and poorest product I have ever received at a Dairy Queen nationwide! This place truly sucks! From the management down to the window employees! Worst store ever! Waited 45 minutes in line to receive a drippy cone and melty Blizzard from a salty teen who wore a slogan shirt ‘ made to defy gravity’ as the very cheery chip drippy drip dripped in my car.
Drive thru service started out bad with the little girl working the window. Very rude, unprofessional, and just not into her job, when I was given my food the bread and fries were cold. I told the little girl her response of snappy. I drove off and then realized the fries were cold. I went back and spoke to the manager he was professional and polite. This happens to often at this dq and I will not be back.
I was told presentation was everything. Well, this is how my cheeseburger was delivered to me. Also, my fries got cold because I asked for no mustard on my cheeseburger and I returned it to them to correct. Once I received my cheeseburger, it was wrapped and delivered to me in this. It looks like dry blood on the outside of the paper. Very nasty. Ivy w. was the cashier but not the cook. This was my first time at this location. I was unable to do the survey because the Order Id had a bunch of capital letters and you cannot input that into the survey. Why have a survey listed to complete when the receipt is useless.
Usually great attitude and friendly people. New burgers are hot to order. Love being able to get yummy gravy for chicken strips and fries. Fair prices and food is hot/fresh.
The young lady working the register was working hard as she could. My husband's meal didn't come out with the kids meals. The man in the back just sneered and refused to fix it. The young lady went and took care and gave it to him. She is a hard worker. Need to replace the staff in the back. I gave it a one star because the service from the back was horrible.
Went to this location in the drive thru on a Wed night around 10:20pm, the workers were playing and taking their time. I only had a blizzard. I do not recommend this location at night. Need adult supervision.
