We put in our order at the speaker and the had to give it again at the window. I got my order and it was missing food and they charged me for extra sauce that I did not receive. The service was awful, there's even a sign encouraging tips. No tips from this customer.
My dog loves this place. We go there often for a pupper cup. We get ice cream too!
Had a cherry & chocolate chip blizzard. Loved it!My friend had the hot fudge sundae, she said it was great.The treats so far are much better than the 'food items' we have tried here.??

would NOT recommend ordering decorated cakes here. I ordered this cake online with ample notice (ordered April 18 to be picked up on April 27). I requested blue frosting and the writing shown below. When I got there to pick up the cake, it was not decorated. Then, after about 5 minutes they came out and said they didn’t have enough blue frosting to decorate it, only green. Very frustrating as they should’ve known because they had enough advance notice. Then, they finally bring it out and it looks like this. I could’ve done a better job decorating it myself. Do not offer to decorate cakes if you are unable to do so nicely. Very frustrating to pay money for a cake and it not turn out nicely.
This location is convenient for me, but I have gotten wrong items in the drive through 2 out of the last 3 times I've been there. I no longer trust that what I ordered is in the bag I'm given. Always check your food before you leave the parking lot! Getting home to find your food is wrong is so frustrating.
Just picked up an order from the Bradfordville location and the grilled chicken sandwiches were naked, no mayo lettuce and tomatoes on it was so ever. I'm surprised it came with a bun. Not not first time this has happened from this location.. And the blizzards, I've gotten better made blizzard from other locations.
I got a number one ask for only mayonnaise and catch up. First time they made it they made it all the way so I took it back in. Second time they remade it they put only mayonnaise and catch up but they added cheese on it. I went through drive-through the first time came back into the store they kept making everybody else’s order instead of remaking mine meanwhile my blizzard was in my car Melton and fries were cold. I asked if the manager was on duty the kid that was working said there was no manager there but she was in charge of the store.
