I have not had a bad cookie yet. They are all so good! I wish the cookies would stay permanently so I could order my favorites again. But still top notch cookies!
I always order ahead of time and as soon as I walk in the door they are calling my name. The store is clean and smells delicious! The workers are friendly and the cookies are beautiful and tasty! Highly recommend!
Cool take on cookies, but I have some issues with the customer experience. At least at this location, customers order at computer kiosks. The only human interaction, based on my visit, is an employee calling your name when your order is placed on a pickup table. It's very impersonal, which is fine, except for that the order kiosks ask what tip you'd like to leave. Tips are to reward proper service, not for experiences such as this (i.e., where no service exists and even if it did, has not been given yet). Aside from the seemingly compulsory tipping procedure, I enjoyed my experience. Management, please change this practice because it comes off as greedy and frankly, gross.
Ordered cookies for delivery for all the nurses on my unit while on shift. Door Dash driver had car trouble and canceled the delivery. Rather than disappoint several hungry nurses, Gianca, Will, and Jess went out of their way to get the cookies to us! Thank you SO MUCH! (They were still warm and delicious!)
amazing customer service. one time i walked in and i mistakenly placed a delivery order and i didn’t know what it got delivered through, and one of the employees helped me through the process of showing me where it’s from. it’s through doordash btw; AND THEYRE COOKIES ARE TO DIE FOR OMG. don’t mind how bad these cookies look guys my family ALMOST KILLED ME OVER THEM LMAO. but trust me when i say that they are DEFINITELY THE BEST.
I’ve ordered cookies from this location in the past with little to no problem. However, yesterday I ordered a 4 pack and noticed 1/4 cookies was severely undercooked! It might as well had been pure cookie dough. You can’t eat it! I suggest everyone check to make sure their cookies are baked thoroughly before leaving the store. Really disappointed considering the price, too…

Cookies are really good but the customer service is lacking. I recently purchased a dozen cookies only to drive 45 miles to pick them up and they were out of many of the cookies I asked for including chocolate chip. I did not get an apology. In addition, if you have an app that states what you have then you need to also make sure it list the items you don’t have BEFORE purchase.
