We had a good experience at this Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee. A mistake was made with our meals and we could not get the meal we ordered. The person taking our carry out order was not that great, however the manager on the date of our visit on July 21, 2022 was awesome in handling our concerns and providing other options. We enjoyed our meals and will continue to visit this restaurant. This is a well run restaurant and we appreciate the food and services from the manager and other workers.
Decent service, could have been catered to a little bit better by the waiter that we had. Of course, everything is offset by the absolutely phenomenal cheesecake stuffed pancakes. While they are new, they are delicious and I'm not sure if I can go to Cracker Barrel ever again and not order them.
I always come here cause the food is always good and the service is great.
"Clean" bowls for us to use. COVID still an issue. But, at least they brought biscuits to the table. Unfortunately, I spoke too soon. Our entrees came out and it was horrible. My son's grilled cheese was only warm enough to melt the butter on the bread, but not the cheese. My daughter's chicken tenders looked like chicken breast sliced into thin strips and then battered in some kind of weird batter. The side of fries looked like it also came with something we couldn't figure out--we know it was something fried. My wife's meal came with the completely wrong side. I was so upset, I immediately paid my ticket and left, leaving all the food on the table. Sad to say, I will never visit a Cracker Barrel again. ?
The waitress gave our drinks in to go cups. Never bothered to refill them. She would not take our food back after she was told is was nasty and we would not be eating it. She never bothered to bring the table biscuits/cornbread.
Usually three PM isn't the best time to get lunch. Because of an outpatient surgery that went late,the three of us were famished. My wife had the meatloaf,my sister in law had country fried steak. All we're juicy and delicious. Our waitress was bright, friendly , and anxious to please. Everything was perfect.
Clean store and excellent customer service. Food came out quick and hot. Chicken and dumplings were good, but a few dumplings were too thick and not cooked through. Fried apples were delicious. New squash casserole tasted burnt, and we sent it back. Green beans were great. Chef salad was amazing- fresh! Ranch dressing tasted homemade. Biscuits and cornbread were fresh baked.
Great staff. Arron was an awesome server 5 stars. The rest of the the staff was very friendly from being seated to paying the bill great staff. The manager was friendly and checked on us. The food was great also. Thanks for a good meal
I have been three times and all three times it has gone wrong, twice it took more than 40 minutes for the menu to come out and yesterday we went for lunch and after 30 minutes the waitress told us that what we had ordered had run out and that we had to order something else, we asked him if we had to wait another 20 or 30 minutes and his face was something like "If you want, if you don't you can go" we stayed seated until more than 20 minutes had passed and we decided to leave without eating! First time in one of these restaurants! I love the food here, but I'm definitely not going back to Tallahassee.
It was pretty good, I loved the apples with sauce, and pancakes was a really good experience, those have a particular flavor, definitely I will return
