I don’t understand what keeps this restaurant in business. Bang bang shrimp was recommended as the appetizer. Unfortunately, the shrimp were over cooked and tasted like the bagged lettuce that they used as a garnish to sit the shrimp and sauce on. My wife ordered a po boy that arrived looking like a pressed Cuban sandwich. I ordered their pulled pork and it tasted old, dry and overcooked. The side of bbq sauce they gave me tasted rancid. I also got a side of their red beans and rice, it tasted rancid as well. If you are looking for flavor and freshness my experience this evening tells me not to ever look for it here again. To sum it all up if you are looking to spend your hard earned money on reheated left overs and fried food this is your place.
The food was delicious, and the waitress was very pleasant. I had the Fried Gator Tail and the Seafood gumbo. Both were fantastic!
My first time eating at Coosh's. I had the shrimp & crawfish tail pasta & the seafood gumbo. It was Delicious ?, definitely will go back
If you want to have a tasty treat without traveling to New Orleans, this is your place. they have the fluffiest, softest & cheapest beignets at their little restaurant. I ended up going back again before heading back home!!
The food and service is good, but not great. A decent place for a snack if in collegetown.
I didn't get to try New Orleans beignets when I was there due to high traffic and ppl volume but I done found a place here in town that makes so and other Bayou food.... Coosh made them fresh for me and I couldn't be more happy although I still want to try the ones in Louisiana
I just moved into town and this bar was fantastic! Excellent service. The bartender I had was so friendly and offered great service! I forget his name but he was a senior at FSU majoring in economics! Coming from another bartender I was also impressed by his drinks. His toasted lemon drop shot was fantastic! 10/10 service and 10/10 environment!
Amazing food and great service from Jake! They were extremely busy and Jake was on top of it. We will definitely be back soon.

Friends stopped in during FSU Alumni weekend…. The food was VERY SubPar! I ordered the combo w catfish and crawfish tails, my friend ordered cats hush dinner, another friend had Cajun chicken club and the wife had gator and catfish. It all was AWFUL! The catfish nuggets were undercooked and lukewarm, the chicken sandwich was lukewarm and no Cajun in sight, catfish dinner was about one piece of fish cut into 4 nuggets! My side was red beans and rice and the beans were UNDERCOOKED AND CRUNCHY! The wife had onion rings as a side that were cooked in fish grease! It was 150% awful. We visit Tallahassee often and will NEVER visit this location again. Dillion wasn’t a horrible server but had no idea of the menu or the sides.
