As soon as we sat down we should’ve left! Our drinks were wrong, we ordered strawberry sweet tea and strawberry lemonade and there was no strawberry flavor and I told the waitress that the lady that brought it didn’t put strawberry in our drink and she tells “oh yeah it’s no way she would’ve known because I didn’t tell her to!” We had to send our soups back. The waitress took our kids full order and part of mine at my request that I place my main course meal order when my husband returns to the table which was only a few minutes later. Once my husband returned we placed our orders and the kids food came out and they ate but a hour or more later my husband and I still hadn’t received our food! The waitress offer chips which was ate but still no food. Waitress said she would check on our food because the kitchen was backed up yet we watched at least 10 orders go out for door dash and pick up! We watched the waitress go back and forth serving other tables yet still no food so we decided we would just tell the waitress we would like to pay for our kids food and go! Once we told the waitress she goes on to apologize and say they putting a part of my husband’s order on now!!!! Almost 2 hours later!! We told her no we want to just leave. She apologize yet still charged us for the kids food, which would be fair, but didn’t try to make it right with our orders! Also she charged us for a bowl of soup though I didn’t ever receive the rest of my food! No manager came out to speak with us it was just I’m sorry y’all drive safe!!!! We left hungry and frustrated with frustrated kids! WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!

This place was filthy. The customer service was trash. I have NEVER experienced behave like this. I will NEVER ? EVER go to a Chili’s. We waited briefly to be seated. As I walked to the restroom, trash all over the floor, under the tables, and bathroom floor. My party was seated. The waitress walked past us three times and never offered water or anything else. A couple was seated behind us and the waitress addressed them and gave them water. I immediately left I was horrified. I went across the street to Miller’s Ale. The service and place was superb. I called the manager at Chili’s to let know know about my experience.

Horrible! You can only sit in the bar area. There are only 7 maybe 8 tables. We were placed at the table near the kitchen where my chair kept getting bumped into bu waitstaff bringing out large food trays. Food items were forgotten and then brought out incorrectly. Taste was way off! Definitely not up to the standards of other Chili's restaurants we have been into. Will never go to this location again!

I typically don’t write reviews, never mind good ones, but one of this location’s servers really made my family’s dining experience the best I’ve ever received from there. Jake really knows how to take care of his guests. His charisma and attention to detail during our visit was wonderful. I definitely recommend him as a server!! If you ever get the courage to step foot into this chili’s that is.

Went to chili's after going to see a movie, it was a little late and chili's stays open until midnight on Fridays. We got there a little before 10:00. There weren't many people there, they didn't seem very busy at all. I expected it was because it was a little late, around 10ish. So we walked in, the host asked "how many?" and there were 3 of us, my two teenagers and myself. He told us it would be a few minutes for a table and had us sit at the waiting area's bench. About 10 minutes later, he came back (with 3 menus in his hand) and informed us that his manager said they weren't taking anymore "dine in" customers for the night. Mind you this is more than 2 hours before closing. Got no explanation, just that we couldn't eat there but he'd be happy to place a to-go order for us if we'd like (to sit on the bench and wait as long for them to prepare our food as we would if they had seated us at a table). There were other people dining in, but for whatever reason (which we were not given other than his manager said so) two hours before the dining area closed, they turned us away (after allowing us to wait 10 minutes to be seated). Just very unprofessional and not very hospitable. We left and went to the Olive Garden (which closes an hour EARLIER than Chili's on Fridays). We had the most wonderful server, the food was great and we had a wonderful time there.

Me and my daughter had dinner we decided to order the 2 for $25. We ordered fajitas and they were good but they don't come with lettuce. The server was quick to greet us. She was very tolerant of us. My grandson made a huge mess. We began to exit

I’ve given it a good 4-5 chances. I’ve been turned away at least three out of the five due to lack of servers. Tonight at 10:30 they told me they weren’t serving anyone else when they close at 11pm. I only came in for dessert. Not sure what this place is doing to hold on. Maybe just Togo service to stay alive. ???

the dude who waited on us was definitely drunk. we were given TERRIBLE service. we had to keep asking for things and he never checked in on us. 0/10 recommend. the mashed potatoes tasted old as well as my other food was gross. the cajun chicken pasta was uncooked.

Chili's use to be the place to go but now the service sucks and the wait to be seated, order your food and get your food sucks also. I really don't know what happened to Chili's, but Management needs to be brought to the table and a revamp needs tServices and quickly. Hire people that want to work and pay them for their loyalty. The morale is bad and it is reflected in the services.

The Chili's I know on the West Coast is very customer service oriented. This Chili's had 5 staff members standing around (2 of them on their phones). I family finishing their meal and we were told it would a 15 minute wait as the waitress had not arrived to work yet. We found the waitress, she was in the parking lot engaged in an argument with her husband/boyfriend in a black Dodge Challenger. The other part was that the restaurant had a very sour smell as we decided what we wanted to do.Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service & foul smell, we took ourselves to another restaurant where we spent $147.23 on dinner. Sorry that Chili's didn't want our business.
