I have not been to Chili's in a while and I will not be going back again. Thought it would be a nice treat for my brother and I to go and grab a bite for lunch and nobody was there to seat us when we walked in. We must have stood around for 10 minutes waiting on somebody to come out until we just went back into the kitchen and yelled for somebody. The food was okay except for the salad I mean can I get any lettuce with my dressing. Was not impressed at all.
First time coming here, The food was fresh and hot. Also the service was great.
Stopped in while traveling in FL. They were a little busy. Sat on the bench waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Finally flagged down a waitress. Asked if we could get a table or be added to the list for a table. She said no, they were short staffed and weren't seating anyone. Told us we can try back in 30 to 40 minutes and maybe they would have a table. Couple that came in behind us asked for a glass of water and they were refused as well. There were 8 people in total turned away at that time, 3 in my party.
We attempted to dine in, we stood at the front for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. When we were aknowledge another family walked in behind us and stood to the side. We were a party of 3 vs a party of 5?. The party of 5 was seated first and then were seated at a table that was empty the whole time we stood up front?. The person who seated us came across as very annoyed ?. I completely understand being understaffed but I'm a paying customer . I wasn't giving the same vibe. She asked if we needed a kids menu and appeared upset when we said yes ?? then why ask?? She brought a kids menu and 1 crayon ?️ back and slammed it down on the right side of the table. My grandma always told me to never eat from a angry ? pot!!! We ??left. We get it that ppl are overwhelmed and overworked but I came after a long day as well treat me like my money ? has value in your place of business!?!!
The Chili’s here is horrible. I stood at the hostess desk to be seated for over 15 minutes. The server in the bar looked at me a few times. Server in the dining room looked at me a few times. Couples walked in and waited behind me. Still no one seated anyone. I watched about 8 people walk in, wait, wait, wait, and then walk out. Finally I did. Will never go back. Too many restaurants in Tallahassee to put up with that.
This is a trash place. We dined here on a Tuesday around 5pm. The place was empty. The service was still slow. No complimentary chips and salsa. No refill offered on our drinks. The Cajun pasta tasted OLD. Like it had been set aside from earlier and re-heated. The chicken tasted like chemicals and plastic. Just gross.
Placed an online order, went to the restaurant and sat in curbside parking for over 40 minutes (well past the provided length of time for when my order would be ready). Literally watched people come into the restaurant, sit down and order and get their food and I never got mine even though I ordered 15 minutes before I even got there.
Steak was amazing, loaded baked potatoes was awesome! Onion pedals and the white sauce was amazing. My son's burger was perfect. Great food!
Got to the restaurant around 2:00 on 12/26. Two waitresses were seen, 11 families might have been seated total. By 2:15 we still hadn’t been seated and over HALF of the restaurant was empty. As a former server, I could have ran circles around your establishment. We ended up leaving along with another couple who came in at the same time as us. Check your cameras. One waitress had enough time to clean a whole areas (that was not dirty by no means ) instead of seating us. And she had four tables. Poor service, poor workers.
This location sets the standard. Great food. Super fresh and our service was even better. We went around 3pm and it wasn't packed. The facility and bathroom was clean. My burger was cooked to perfection and juicy. My wife's quesadilla was delicious as well. We will definitely return.
