I moved out of state and miss this place! I used to go all the time, hands down the best lunch spot in Tally. The Sassy Scotty and Fancy Nancy were my favorite, and the staff is always friendly. I cannot wait to visit Tallahassee to go back. Highly recommend.
The place was 2/3 full. People at the counter ordered got a drink and sat down.Watched them getting orders its just sandwiches not a full menu. Just sandwiches.. LOLCRAZY TIMES and PEOPLE.
I used to really like this place, but unfortunately the staff and catering manager that work at this location are so rude and unhelpful. I tried to call twice to place my order, no one answered their phone so I visited the location and tried to place the order and I was told to call. The catering manager finally agreed to speak with me to take the order, and she had an attitude. It was such a bizarre experience. I will not be visiting again. When I picked up the order a week later, I had the same experience. So disappointed. Do better.
The service here is awful. Workers have no knowledge of what gluten is. Completely incompetent and rude. They also have inappropriate conversations right in front of customers. I will not be back.
The chicken salad is the best! My personal favorite is cranberry Kelli but they’re all good. I have two recommendations: more periodic specials and bring back the sour dough bread.

Wow! Chicken Salad Chick is possibly my favorite fast food restaurant, but this one excels. Stacy is an incredible manager and has an awesome team working there, who all seem to love their work, manager and owner. The food was fresh and good and service was fast. We were a bus group of 34 and were in and out in less than an hour. What a great place to eat and obviously just as good for employees!
Very good quick lunch with friend. The service was spot on they were knowledgeable of their products and prices and deliver food to us outside on their deck.
Better than I had anticipated. Liked that they gave crackers and a little cookie for dessert with a scoop of salad.
