As always, the food was great!! I decided to finally try the new location on Magnolia I believe, by the old Winn Dixie. The line has always been very long!!. But again, as always, the wait was very quick and the customer service was excellent. That is why I keep coming back, also the waffle fries! ;)
Worst service of any Chick-Fil-a in town. Slow, rude, unprofessional staff makes this location a huge bummer. They absolutely do not care. I see lethargy and apathy every time I go in, which I don’t do anymore because of this. Once I came in to pick up a mobile order, and an employee was loudly mocking my name to other customers. I mean seriously? The place isn’t supposed to be a middle school cafeteria, it’s a business. Avoid this location.
This chick fil a never fails to disappoint me. Their mobile ordering system is terrible. Every time I order through the app, I arrive and my order is not ready. I see people come in and order in the restaurant and receive their food before me. It’s extremely inefficient and defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. When I entered the waiting area, no one assisted me after I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting on my order placed 15 minutes before I even arrived. Eventually, I asked someone and then they began to prepare my order. The only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star is because the sandwich was rather tasty.
I took my mother and my grand nieces to Chick-fil-A for lunch in Tallahassee. For being a fast food restaurant they do have healthy choices. Even though we were there during the lunch rush the staff was efficient and courteous. The kids love their chicken strips and waffle fries. I was able to get a tasty salad and my mother had a grilled chicken sandwich. We took home a six-pack of their chocolate chunk cookies. All in all a stress-free and good experience.
Every chick FIL A had always given excellent customer services. Wherever state I have been always a delight. Food always cooked to perfection, served with a smile and always "my pleasure" when you leave. Yes there is always a long line, but it is worth it.
The chicken here is my favorite. Whether it's a wrap, a Cobb Salad or a simple chicken sandwich, I always leave happy. It's always fresh and perfectly prepared. And I will declare this: THE ONLY MAC & CHEESE BETTER IS MY HOMEMADE! & At that it's a very close second. YUM!
Stoped in with my family last week and “Madison” could not be bothered. She was all over her phone recording herself doing gestures and such. When she finally decided to help us. She was pretty rude. Didn’t really seen like she wanted to help us . The food was okay but the employees need better training why are the allowed to even have their phones?
We have NEVER had to wait so long for our food at a Chick-fil-A, as we did at this location. Poor poor management. After waiting and waiting (25 min), we finally went up and asked about our order, and it was sitting on the counter getting cold! They never even called out a name or anything! No apology. Nothing. Several tables were filthy and not cleaned, so choosing a clean one was hard. The floor under several tables was disgusting. I honestly have NEVER been in a dirty Chick-fil-A ever!!!! We are traveling and drove out of our way just to eat at Chick-fil-A, but this one is NOT worth the stop.
Sadly, the most unfriendly Chik-Fil-A in town.
This restaurant is an atrocity. It took an hour to get 3 meals.I walked in at 1140, the line was pretty short. I ordered my food and waited. It took 20 minutes before I asked someone to double check my order. After waiting longer, the manager confirmed they had given my order to another customer by mistake and will remake it.Another 10 minutes goes by before I'm handed 2 bags, each with a single sandwich in them. After addressing another attendant where the rest of my order was, I was met with a smug attitude by one person and frantic apologizing from another.It should not have taken me prompting the staff THREE TIMES to get an order right.
