Go to the original location on the other side of Tennessee street. It looks busier but I promise they’re always faster than this location. I’ve had 2 cars in front of me and waited 20 minutes, with sauces missing from the bag and waffle fries cold.
A top class location. Went Saturday morning and Emily was such a delight to have as part the the experience. She was cheerful in greeting us upon our entry to the store and such a pleasant demeanor while helping us place our order. By far the best experience I've had at any chick-fil-A location. Her friendly attitude seemed genuinely true as well, not an act just for the sake of the service. High quality.
I'm not eligible to work here, all due to me being mistreated at my first Chick-fil-A. I want to represent companies with professionalism, joy, care, and compassion. I can't do that, if all companies only want to rule and have dominion over me, and bring persecution and affliction, but act as if it is I, who is doing the persecution and affliction.
We arrived at about 4:45pm on Thursday, but both drive through lanes were already filled with cars that spilled into the street. We went inside and discovered a totally empty place. We ordered and sat down, then in just a couple minutes, our early dinners were brought to our table. As expected, the cashier and two other employees we have interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Food was just as good. The fries were crispy too. The four of us enjoyed the meal with the entire dining room to ourselves. We took our time and had ice cream cones for dessert. What a relaxing evening!
As a chain, Chick-fil-A has the most consistent experience of quality and customer service that I have found. I do not see any of the resentment, that is so common among fast-food employees in recent times. The staff are pleasant, prompt, and exhibit a can-do attitude.
Fries were all cold other than that. Severs are always nice food comes out fast. Great work again
Almost a long wait, when I order large fries y’all literally just put the sauces in there to fil it to the top. And today I ordered a fruit cup and it was just thrown in the bag, fruit everywhere.
Don’t go through the Drive-thru if you drive a big dually !!! We made that mistake, very winding drive. Also it took twice as long to order and get our food compared to most chick-fil-a restaurants. Then they had us pull forward with nowhere to go. The only reason we are giving them 3 stars is because the young order taker ran us down to give us our food as we were about to pull away, since our truck was in the way of anyone else exiting.After all that our breakfast bowl was so puny, 3 bites it was gone….so crazy that this was Chick-fil-a
Love this location! Great team and very easy to get in and out of the parking lot!! Sometimes there is a wait…but there’s good reason for it!!! I’m happy to wait because I know the quality I’m receiving! I regularly have lunch meetings here and have had them cater events too!
Great customer service by the cashier and manager who greeted me while I was waiting on my food.The sandwich was very fresh but the fries...I recieved the bottom on the pan with small pieces and over cooked.
