Always have fresh food! For the second time they got my order wrong. They added an extra French fry when u clearly asked for two and not three. The next time they added an extra chicken sandwich meal when I asked for one. Note, no matter which restaurant you choose ALWAYS ALWAYS make sure to check your order one you get it!?

Did not have what my wife orders from her normal location. Order taker did not have a menu and not one posted near our place in line. Very rushed. Order was filled wrong.Food was good.
We just left a filthy dining room, all trash cans were overflowing. There was not a rush just a bunch of kids chatting and laughing. My husband’s sandwich was totally cold. I spoke to the team lead, all of 16 and he said yes I understand and the kids behind the counter were laughing. I told him maybe there needs to be less chatter and more people need to pay attention to their job.
Like almost everyone, I love this chain. Their manners and service are impeccable. This was the first time I had ever visited this particular location on Bannerman Rd. My wife and I had been working all day - we were VERY hungry. When we returned home, half of my order was missing - I checked the receipt - food was definitely missing and the waffle fries were old and squishy. I had to ask THEM for mayonnaise and ketchup - none in the bag. Unfortunately, it was too far and too late to return there from our home. Knowing their typical commitment to service, they probably wouldn't have questioned me. I will continue to visit Chick-fil-A of course, just not this location. My apologies for the candid review.
Very good visit at Chick-fil-A I think my granddaughter go there every day after school to get her ice cream so she can dip her fries
Liz is the best!! Absolutely went out of her way to help me when I came to get some breakfast. Service like this is why Chick-fil-A set the bar 10/10
