10 lbs of sugar in a 5 lbs bag. They have enough business to support a bigger facility or another facility in this area. Usually good service but making the drive through is sometimes like ATL traffic.
I want to start the review with i’m not a rookie when it comes to Chick-fil-a. But this experience with Michael is something i’ve never seen before. Yesterday i had the worst day ever and failed my State Board Exam. So Mentally i closed down and didn’t want to talk to anyone and i to myself i was going to go to chick-fil-a, go home and just be done for today. In the process of me going to Chick-fil-a i went through the drive through and was very short with him even though he had a positive attitude. So at the end he asked me if i needed prayer and if there’s something heavy on your heart that needs praying for. And all i can do was look at Michael. After snapping back to reality i told him that i failed my Exam and just had a terrible day and he told me about prayer, Something i haven’t been doing often. I told Michael thank you and drove off. I grabbed my food and i couldn’t even drive off the premises without breaking down crying. I just want you guys to know that was beyond amazing. I’ve never experienced that and i’ve been buying from Chick-fil-a so much that i’m a signature member. He made my whole day and then some and he has no idea. Thank you guys once again and Thank you Michael for everything and nothing but the best is coming to you. And a life lesson “Everything Happens for a Reason”. Have a Blessed Day.
The chicken breast was small and the fries were not hot and fresh. I was full after eating but it could have been better. I ordered a deluxe chicken meal.
Normally my food is made fast, so fast it is already ready usually by the time i'm there to pick up. I took one star because of the lack of friendliness by some of the younger generation female staff seem to be rather smug, also my fries have been filled halfway before. Other than that I highly recommend this location. My favorite is the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and the filet is hot and crispy every single time i've been there. The filet is hanging out the sides and it usually fills me up no problem for lunch and I have a pretty hefty appetite. Love that the playground is open again for my daughter!
Following an exceptionally long day at work, I desired something that would be1. Good for me2. Tasty3. QuickChick-fil-A Won!!!I indulge myself to the Cobb salad with the avocado lime dressing. I love tomatoes so I sliced and added a few more to this salad. My I say delicatable??! That was an understatement! Some may say I was hunger, but I will stick with it was just a delicious dish!?
I came by for a take out order today (April 12th) around 6 PM.. there was a gentleman named Michael taking orders at the drive thru. I cannot tell you the last time I was so impressed by the customer service at a restaurant. His greeting was great, but the thing that stood out most to me was at the end of my order when he had asked me if I had any prayer requests. I was having a really tough day, and this gesture was so sweet and thoughtful it actually made me tear up. He is a perfect example of the great chick fil a experience we all think of. The food was great like always.
This is a great store. One of the managers, however, really thinks I'm going to be a detriment if he agrees to hire me. That's foolish. I have applied to stores because I want to help teams to succeed and be apart of a team that wants me to succeed, not be someone who has to be as perfect as Jesus in order to be hired because no one is Jesus but Jesus. The manager who interviewed me, all he wanted to do was find one red flag about me to as an excuse to not give me a chance to learn & help his store. I've been bullied and belittled by previous fast-food restaurants and I realized, I was never hired to be apart of their teams, rather a person that individuals wanted to rule over to make themselves feel better. This calm smile on my face is a symbol of compassion, professionalism, and care. Did you previous companies truly want me on your teams or did you all hire me so that you wouldn't look bad?
Just wanted to say thank you to Michael, working the drive thru this evening who made a routine quick dinner pickup memorable. By going the extra mile without even being asked and his great attitude! Everyone is always so friendly when I visit this location and the excellent service is always consistent. Keep up the great work!
This is the first Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever gone to and experience md bad service. Not your usual chipper, kind, friendly, customer service oriented employees like we have in Texas. Very disappointed.
Terrible customer service. Not sure about you guys but the main reason I go to Chick-fil-A overall is the customer service. Food is good, but their customer service is usually miles above everyone else. But not this store! I have watched them drop a bag of food on the floor with the fries spilling out, then just scoop them off the floor and back in the bag then give it to the customer. Once when getting a Diet Coke refill, instead of waiting for the coworker to finish filling up someone else’s coke refill, they just placed the cups together touching and then both just laughed as the coke spilled over from the other guys cup into mine, then just handed it to me…. And last visit they gave me a half empty fry in the drive through and when I asked them to give me a different one, they thought it would be funny to hand me another half empty one. These guys obviously don’t have the same level of service as the stores do so you may want to do as I do and just drive the few extra miles to the store on capital circle.
