Normally very good, but today it was chaos. People yelling in the kitchen. I left and went through the drive thru. As I left i saw the first person I saw order leave with their food. Maybe close to twenty minutes. Hardly seems worthwhile that they finally came to the Northside.
This is the worst place to order from. The lady in drive through work the mixed colored plaits always ride and have the worst customer service ever. I normally visit this location 4/5 times a week but I'm rather take my money to Crystal Rivers where customer service is excellent.
THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD. 5 minutes waiting for someone to talk at the drive thru speaker; nobody ever said anything. I pulled forward to order at the window and waited another 10 minutes for the van in front to finish, when I got to the window I was told that I had to drive around to the speaker and order there, they didn’t want to take my order at the window. When the manager finally came, it was the same garbage. Even after I finally ordered, it took another 10 minutes to get my food. Being short on staff is one thing, but common on people, you can do better.
The young man working there on the day we went there 6/12/22, was the best cashier ever. We were treated like we were in a 5 star resteraunt. I actually thought he was the owner. Cleaning in his spare time. Taking time to really clean with disinfectants. Smiling too. The food was hot and really good. I wish I could remember his name. I would hire him in a minute. Loved it!
Food was great, waited about 15 minutes to get it. Sweet tea was really sweet and very tasty food all around, sides and everything! Hushpuppies were great too.
Foods burnt! Won't be back. Would get a refund but sons hungry and to far to go back! Waited ten mins or so but really? Would have waited for better food ya'll :(
The food was ok but my mother and I had to listen to 3 employees in the lobby who don't know what an inside voice is. It was if they were as loud as they could be without yelling. Never going back.
Stores nice and clean was not busy managers were having a meeting but they conducted in the dining area very professional courteous and kind everything is improved at Captain D's good food worth the few minutes we had to wait
Very disappointed with the service. I ordered online and was told it would be ten minutes for my order. When I arrived fifteen minutes later I was told it wasn't ready and they would bring it to my car when it was ready. I waited for thirty more minutes and, finally, I went inside to ask about my order. The lady cashier was very rude when I asked about my order, and made me wait another ten minutes before she even checked on my order. Then I found out it had been setting on the counter for fifteen minutes and nobody bothered to bring it to me as they said they would. Food was soggy and cold. This is the third time this has happened to me in the last two months at this location. I won't be going back again. This is how you lose customers and, eventually, your franchise. Customer service is everything, and you shouldn't ignore these kinds of problems.
The food was so good as usual Captain D has been my favorite place to eat and the food stays the same but the price did go up a little but overall the best.
