The drinks were good and the appetizer was fun and tasty. Service was decent. When our food came out it very cold/old. When we sent it back, they told us the kitchen was closed and they wouldn't fix it, nor could they give us the original food back. The manager told us that " i don't know what you want me to do" and to "go somewhere else." Overall, I would not recommend.
Great atmosphere and really good food. Apps are excellent. I was gonna do 4 stars thinking it doesn't really stand out as unique, but decided that wasn't fair. Truth is, I have no complaints. Nothing I would change. It's all good. I'd say they do what they do maybe better than anyone else. That's 5 stars.
Happened to be out and about on an errand, and had heard good things about this spot. Went in and discovered a cool atmosphere, and great service. We got the ribs appetizer, and I got the patty melt for an entree. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the burger was cooked exactly right, they also had sweet potato waffle fries. I would not hesitate to recommend this place, hope to be back soon.
We were seated right away but the service was really slow, they seemed short staffed like any other place lately. We were given drink menus and told they were outdated, to use the digital menu, when I asked for a drink from there I was told that menu was old too. So I just didn't get a drink. Maybe take some time and get one version of that updated? The food was really good. We had the Blue Cheese Chips, a fried bologna sandwich, and the Black and Blue burger. All of them were very good, although I would have preferred more balsamic glaze on the chips as there was alot of the blue cheese sauce and it need some more bite from the balsamic. Will definitely go back and try other menu items.
Big plates and delicious food with entertainment made it a great Friday night out. We had the bumpas burger and the half rack ribs with bbq sauce!
Great food and nice atmosphere. There were some mishaps but the manager who was our server made sure to resolve them. They were busy and I did overhear a staff member say they were short on staff which explains the slow service. Highlights for me were the eggrolls and fried ribs appetizers. Food was fantastic but the service could use some improvement. Great spot to hangout with good eats and drinks however don't be in a rush. We spent several hours here and although things started off a little bad, we ultimately had a great experience. I would definitely come back but felt like sitting outside the service was lacking and would have been better had we sat inside.
Great service and the place was packed! Outstanding local restaurant. Best buffalo wings in town. Have been here numerous times and ordered pick up tons of times. Order is always correct and better than I expected. Haven't had any problems nor have I heard of any.
They seem as if they don't give a care about customer service. My family and I came there for the first time today. No one was there to seat us. Then a young lady walks up very nonchalant and ask how many people will be dinning and then told us to sit wherever we would like. Then our server comes and was very rude and more focused on finishing her convo with the gentlemen inside the restaurant. They were supposedly out of darn near everything on the menu. They had a rib special she said the were out. My son wanted steak tacos. She said they only had chicken tacos left. Since she said everything was almost out I was asking her what I should order and she literally walked off while I was talking to her. She was very rude i will never even think of trying this restaurant again. We left and went to another restaurant.
Great ribs and casual atmosphere. Service was a bit slower on our visit today, but not unusual for many area restaurants. Not happy about a very confusing signs announcing that the restaurant is imposing a fee for credit card use. However, it specifically states, "Our menu reflects cash price. We are now imposing a surcharge on all credit card payments, that is not greater than the cost of our fee". In small print it also states, "Bottom line there is a slight increase for use of credit cards". Take out the ambiguous part "that is not greater than the cost of our fee" and it would be pretty clear that there is simply a new fee. As written, the policy states that if the cost of the food is less than the fee then there is no surcharge, which is misleading since regardless of the cost, they still impose a fee. I have no objects to a fee, but please be clear.
