The burger’s taste was good, but………. I has to wait for almost an hour and they gave me wrong order. Luckily i usually recheck before i take to-go orders. I had to wait for 10more minutes. Also there were no one at reception to atleast ask for something. They give us only one minute to talk to and then they get back to their cooking room. Really disappointed. Also the french fries must be cooked a week ago. They dont seem fresh at all.
There were six of us dining in. My daughter ordered first and was on the same ticket as her husband. He received his food then others in our group received their food. My daughter didn't get her food. The waitress came over and asked if everything was ok and my daughter said that she never received her food. The excuse was that they were short handed. She ordered first in our group. Finally, after we were finished eating they finally brought her food. Very unacceptable! This is not the first time that my daughter and her husband has had problems getting their food at this establishment. I gave a rating of 3 stars only because the food was good. Service, not good. Update: my daughter ended up with food poisoning. See picture
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. They were great when they first opened. Now they are very dirty and good luck on getting served.Today I was my family and I sat for 20 minutes without a single hello from anyone. We got up and left and spoke with the hostess. She only Said sorry and didn't even offer to get us help.This happened before and I thought it was a fluke,Unfortunately not. This place will be out of business soon.
They are ok I don't have to many complaints except my wings barely had any sauce on them. I don't know if I should've ordered a side of sauce or what but literally only 2 wings had barely any sauce on them I'm talking dry dry if I wanted naked chicken wings I would've ask for that honestly whoever made my food did not care ?
I'm sorry to report this place should be avoided for a while. My wife and I visited the restaurant today and it was disgusting. I should have left after I saw the condition of the bathroom. The floors were greasy (had to find a welcome mat to clean my shoes), the tables were not being wiped down, completed meals were being left on the tables, and you could tell the floors had not been swept or mopped in a long time. I usually am very tolerant of the conditions of restaurants but this one is being neglected. I simply can't imagine what the kitchen looked like.As for the food, my wife's tacos were good but they came out 20 minutes before my wings and when my wings arrived (40 minutes after ordering) they were cold. This is unacceptable, especially when the place is maybe 15% full. There are better options in Tallahassee.
Great location. Staff was friendly. Food was great, with the exception of our wing orders back to back nights. Ordered extra crispy, and even though they weren't, they were tasty. The first night they remade the order. The second night we simply said nothing, mainly because we hate wasting food. All other aspects were awesome. Great experience overall, one of the better buffaloes we've visited.
We got there at 9pm and we got greet by a guy that was nice and we asked to go to the patio. He said that he would confirm and we let him know that we had two dogs and he said no problem.A lady very rude came and said that they couldn’t sit us outside, but at the bar. The gentleman said that it was not a problem because the server said that they would take us.They left and She came back saying that we could not be seated because we had the dogs. It makes no sense, their website questions and answers said that well behaved dogs are welcomed at the patio. So unfortunately a very frustrating experience. We had our family with us and it was really upsetting.We tried to put an order to go and they also said that the kitchen was closed.People were rude and that is so unfortunate
Probably the worst table service I've experienced in Tallahassee. Server was inattentive and had an attitude. Took over 20 minutes for refills and when we did get them, she said absolutely nothing to apologize for our wait. We liked going to bw3 once or twice a month but now we'll have to reconsider where we get our wing fix.
I have never had as many problems at any buffalo wild wings than I have at this location! My order is almost always missing something or just completely incorrect. The final straw was when I ordered delivery as a graduation treat and I literally never recieved it plus they wouldn't give me a refund or even reply to my email.
The food was just okay but that’s not even my issue I know with restaurants it will be hit or miss based off whose cooking. My issue is I get my food and I check the bag directly in eye sight of the cashier. I tell her my blue cheese dressing is not in the bag and she looks right at me and says “it’s not in that brown bag? After she just saw me look but she was sarcastically asking me as if I’m lying over a “sauce”. I took the brown bag and turned it upside down and she instantly turned red and looked so embarrassed and even double said sorry once she went to grab me some. I do not care that she said sorry the accusations should never have been there over a sauce. Out of all things in this lifetime I could possibly lie about. it wouldn’t be a tiny blue cheese cup being in my bag. I don’t know if it was racial or just ignorance but it was embarrassing for me
