I stopped in to get a bite and was pleasantly surprised! The food was good, priced reasonably, the restaurant was clean, and the young manager was very professional and friendly. I recommend it highly!
I'm traveling right now, at a hotel atm and I ordered from here through a delivery app. I knew the app might miss some things like utensils and condiments, so I called the store before my food arrived to ensure I got what I needed. I obviously need everything since I'm not home, and used a delivery service because I can't get the food myself. They said they'd make sure. Long story short, they didn't give me utensils or my sauces, and not even a straw....But upon looking into the bag and box I realized I had extra fresh bo berry biscuits, an extra chicken breast, fresh bo tater tots, and a it was all hot. So.. they may not have gotten everything correct, but they hooked me up. Makes me feel less angry at the boys employed there that were laughing when I reported my missing items that i paid for.
Pulled in about 2:30 in the afternoon. Giant banner out front says “COME ON IN! OUR DINING ROOM IS OPEN! “ However, doors are locked with no explanation. Chose to drive on down to the next establishment who was more than happy to serve people in the dining room.
We had takeout but soon discovered our order wasn't complete. Luckily we were still in parking lot and were given our items. However, we also were missing gravy which we thought would come with our mashed potatoes. No worries though, what we did eat was very good.
This was my first time coming here and it was delicious. The chicken sandwich was awesome. The staff was nice and friendly, the restaurant was clean.
If you go to the North Monroe one, be prepared to wait 10 minutes for your order. I’ve had them forget that I’m still waiting for my food, at the window, as I see my order just sitting there. I went inside to get it because the window person had disappeared. It’s not uncommon for them to run out of sides (coleslaw, pinto beans, dirty rice, etc). The food is just OK, the rest needs improvement.

Worst location around. Told me to give them a minute. Forgot about me. I was nice waited awhile. I could hear their conversations. Come on man. I use to come here in the beginning and all was good. Now not so much. Food old. Service bad. Rang me up wrong. Told me I owed them money instead of refunding me and doing transaction correctly. Also you don't just do ice and a bit of soda. Half and half. Three sips out of drink. Really??? Won't be back.
The cashier was very nice to us and everyone she felt with. A homeless guy came in and asked for a drink and she treated him very nice giving him a glass of water and wishing him a good day. It's unusual to see such genuine care and concern people whether they are customers or someone asking for a drink.
Definitely a huge improvement from when they first opened up near Ocalla Corners. Quality of food and the service is much better.Variety of food, reasonable prices. Makes them worth trying for yourselves
