Absolutely horrible service. Takes forever, always! A pickup order takes an hour plus for them to complete. Ridiculous. The guy over the phone clearly does not know how the kitchen and or preparation process works, he informed me that my order would be ready within 10-15 mins. Order was placed at 8:25. It is currently 9:15 and I’m still waiting on FRIED RICE AND CURRY CHICKEN. Never again.
I've never once eaten sushi from an Asian restaurant that didn't know how to properly cook rice until today. All but one roll taste like paste, so I guess I got the last of the however old rice. Also, I ordered six rolls, four of them specialty, and the specialty sauces that were supposed over the rolls was almost non-existent. They are very stingy when it comes to condiments as well. I spoke with the floor manager and wasn't offered anything as compensation. He did apologize and he seemed like a good kid, but I'd honesty rather him be an arrogant tool with a skilled staff to back it up. I guess I'll wait for 5pm for now on. Seems like the best sushi chefs know that you will wait for them.
I have literally been waiting on food for 45 minutes now! There are pictures posted of the activity in the lobby! No one other than two parties of two. They told me they were sorry about the wait. They said it’s because there is only one cashier, but we are literally the only ones waiting. I will not be back! This is wack!
Love the food at Bento. I get takeout about once a week. I would give 5 stars but I miss the chilled sesame noodles as a base option for the Poke bowl. Please bring those back!!!
Affordable vegan asian-fusion food with great taste. Sort of. The only vegan option out of ALL of them worth having is the garlic-sriracha tofu udon. Everything else is sub-par. The service is always great and so is the ordering experiece. I love eating-in. To be honest I should come more often. I just haven’t got any coupons as of late; yes, they offer coupons a lot!
This was my first visit and it was great. I was in the mood for sushi so I got the sampler. The Mt. Fuji roll was my favorite!! I've heard great things about their noodle bowls and kitchen items so I will definitely be back soon for more!
Good food. Poor service. My husband was served within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I was still waiting for my food. They appeared to have lost the order so I waited another 10 minutes. Although the veggies were hot, the noodles were not. Place has gone down hill.
I found a silver twistie tie in my food. Yuck! How does that even happen. Thank goodness I didn't eat it. Not going to patronize this place ever again... Nice environment but finding non-food in my food is a hard no for me. Be advised.
I order takeout from here probably too much. I always order online and have never had any issues with pick up. The staff is super kind and the food is usually good!
Currently here now and this is the SLOWEST service I have ever encountered. I have been waiting exactly 40 minutes for ONE entree. ONE steak dish is taking 40 minutes so far and I was told (after asking) that it would be 10 more minutes. Luckily for them it is card only or else I’d ask for a refund at this point. I don’t want steak that’s been cooked for 40 minutes
