Given wrong order but amazing man noticed and helped me immediately! Went back and the sweet cooks in the back made it fresh for me I appreciate everyone there today especially after a long 24 hour drive from Texas. (7/16/22) around 12pm
I waiting about 15 minutes to get the wrong food that I could have gotten free. I had to remind the cashier that I needed to pay. I get back to work, see its the wrong food and call immediately to be told that they could remake it but i have to bring the food back. I get off at 10 and they'd be close and the manager had a ghetto attitude. I shouldve went to Chic Fa Lay, this has happened to me numerous times at this establishment, they need to revamp the entire store.
Well after never receiving order via Grubhub the manager gave discount on my on-site order. He was very helpful and patient in helping me to understand how GrubHub functions. He checked his order prompter to show the store never received the order.I ultimately went to grub hub site the next day and cancelled the order.
You asked for feedback- this is the only place I found to leave that. Pulled into lot around 2pm and say about 8 cars in the drive through so I went in. I stood there for what felt think 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Watched a cashier take a sandwich back to the "cook"( and the only cook I saw) to discuss what was wrong with it. You could hear the dismay and frustration from the cook. Mind you one cook and 4 cashier's. So I decided to try the drive through again. Got in and waited for many minutes and not one car moved but I was also going to be trapped the way the parking lot is. I have been waiting all year for the orange shake and that was all I wanted. I walked back in, saw a cashier staring at the cook waiting for food. I asked if I could just get a shake I didn't want anything cooked. I was told to wait a minute as the cashier continues to glare at the cook. Finally someone went to help the cook, I was able to the order my shake and leave. I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years I know exactly what was going on, but the fact that it impacted every guest inside it out is not good for your business. Since you are the only Arby's in the area it probably doesn't really matter that much. I do appreciate you reaching out to ask for the feedback, shows you are involved and concerned about your business. The group of ladies you had working yesterday need to learn teamwork!
Store clean. That is a big bonus. Service friendly, staff member who took order needs some training. Food good. Got wrong sandwich deal, but it was taken care of.
New cold chicken salad sandwich is delicious! And healthier than beef I usually buy there
Asked for crinkled fries, at home discovered we had curly fries. A bit too greasy. Went specifically for the new Pecan chicken sandwich, they were sold out. Will try again another day. Roast beef sandwich was ok, nothing great.
Just ordered, and did not get anything I ordered. One Chicken sandwich was missing bacon and for some reason instead of a roast beef, which was my entire reason for going to Arby's, I got the garbage buffalo chicken sandwich. It might have been ok, but it looked like it was just tossed around and who want this for dinner as a substitute for roast beef. Did not even have root beer. Absolutely terrible visit and my money and dinner both in the garbage.
I’m pretty sure the lady working was the only person working. She took my order , made my food , and took my money. I literally seen no one else in the building I hope she making good money for all that. She was on top of it and super friendly.
The food was excellent! The atmosphere was not so great. The table at the entrance was occupied by some guy sleeping. They had one big table for 10 occupied by one of their employees eating food from another restaurant with her shoes off. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!
