The Mahan Drive location near Costco and Walmart is the best Applebee's in Tallahassee, in my opinion.Great service! Sit at the bar and enjoy the wonderful service provided by Michelle.Today I had an 8 ounce sirloin steak with double mashed potatoes (instead of brocolli). Served hot and is delicious.A+++
My husband and I got there late, after a day of fishing, but staff was super friendly and helpful regardless! Dinner was so yummy and out promptly!
The drinks were good and reasonably priced. Our food was hot and tasty and the server was very pleasant and attentive. Satisfied customer!!
My review is based on a To Go order of the Neighborhood Beef Nachos. I ordered these nachos for pick up and paid an extra few bucks for extra cheese. Not only did I not get the extra cheese I paid for but I barely got a tablespoon of cheese on top of a stack of nachos. No sour cream, no guacamole, about a teaspoon of pico. What a joke. $16.00 for a styrofoam box of chips. Certainly nothing like the advertised picture of the nachos. Major rip off. Called ask for manager. Told me he was in a meeting. Would call me back. 5 hours later still no call. I’ll leave further comments on corporate website.
The curbside meal to go was 30 min late. I Called in at 15 past time and was told it was on the way out. 15 later I called again and they hung up on me. Went inside to see what’s going on. The lonely bartender had to go back and get it. I don’t think she had any help. Would have given 1 star but the food was good.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. The server, Shaneaqua, was so friendly and upbeat. Our service was quick and the food was delicious. The manager even took time to come by our table. Everything was neat and clean and the atmosphere was very inviting. I intend to come back and highly recommend this location to others.
By far the best applebees in Tally! Not only do you feel welcomed when you walk in the but the waiters be spot on good service and good Vibes. Me n the wife are in our late 20s and early 20s and this place makes us feel at home and the Gummi shark drinks is spot on A1
Experience would've been better if waitress assigned to our table was a bit more attentive. Food was good though.
I've haven't been to this applebees in a year, so I thought it'd be better but the rice in the Fiesta lime chicken was hard again and also devoid of taste again.
My experience as my wife and I walked in we were immediately greeted and was provided with excellent customer service by the hostess Alieya.. Then the manager Cassie…..followed up seconds later to reinforce the customer service, making sure she introduced herself and to make sure we were more than comfortable. The crazy part is, we were just walk ins to place a to go order.I could only imagine the amazing customer service we would of recieved dining in. I say that to this,I am in management at the goodwill store here in Tallahassee . The warmth and customer service they provided made me envious that they didn’t work with me at my location.
