Usually very satisfying, our today's visit wasn't the best! There were no service or so little even when asked for basics more than once (pepper, chily oil, bread). Never got any of these. Had to go to a counter to get some crushed chili. Servers weren't able to speak English (only Spanish). Young ones were specially disappointing . Tablecloth was stained in many areas. Empty dishes and plates were dirty (small plate for the absent bread, and others). The pizza ordered was soggy; lots of water under it Floors were oily and very slippery; almost fell in the washrooms; the floor was disgusting with paper towels on the floor.
We had dinner here a few weeks ago with friends and it was amazing. Dinner tonight fell flat. Branzino tastes great but all of our sides were served cold (potatoes and broccoli). We are in a 25 minute holding pattern, we finished our entrees—plates cleared and would like to order dessert and coffee. Wait staff is missing. Worst part is that they have Mexican music blaring. Really ridiculous for an Italian restaurant. Can’t wait to get out of here!!!!
Walked in and greeted very promptly. Sat down and ordered appetizer. Huge meat and cheese selection. Had the lobster risotto. Fantastic! My wife had the ravioli and loved it. My daughter had the tortellini and loved it. Service was wonderful and professional. Very clean and Covid conscious. Will be back for certain.
Great food. The bread and tomato they bring to the table is fantastic. Lasagna was good. I didn't like the house salad at all. Looked more like weeds. The dressing tastes like the tomato dish so it was like getting the same taste twice. I would have preferred the option for a ceasar instead.
Excellent service,food and ambiance. I have gone back several times for their salmon and tuna tartare. I wish they would offer it as a combination platter. I eat outside and it is very comfortable
Everything about this restaurant visit was 5 stars! Great service, timely, fantastic food. My wife, two friends and I had dinner prior to the Andrea Bocelli concert. If I lived in the area I would make this restaurant a regular!
With my wife we eat at the Villagio 2 to 3 times a month, the food is in general good but the service sometimes too slow, sometimes when we reorder our drinks it arrives when we have finish to eat. However, the last time our waiter was Jay T and it was a pleasure, he was present each time when we need him, the food arrived warm, our drink refill almost instant. Thank you Jay you made our lunch a pleasure That was 02/16/2022 noon
At first we were pleasantly surprised at the pleasant atmosphere and food selection. However, when the food came out, the meat in the lasagna was completely cold so we asked to warm it up. 15 minutes later, as everyone else finished their dishes there was still no lasagna and no waitress in sight. When I went looking for her, the manager asked if everything is okay, I explained the situation. They brought it back and the waitress said she thought we wanted it heated and packed to go (what?). Okay, stuff happens but the restaurant didn’t offer any kind of apology or compliment or to take the dish off the bill which would have been appropriate given the situation
The restaurant is located in the Sawgrass Mall. We sat outside on the terrace because it was a beautiful January mild evening. We started with the cheese cold cut platter, and it wasn't terrific. I wanted to return it because it was 25$, everything tasted outdated except the cheese and olives. We also ordered two pasta dishes, and it was not al-dente. I had the branzino, and this was the only decent dish. The waiter was friendly; however, his helper didn't speak English.
