I ordered cod fish but was not given Cod. The cook lied and told me it was Cod. Whatever it was it was good but it just wasn’t what i ordered.

Great restaurant, with great food. A bit pricey, but it is good and you get large portions. Every version of fish and chips is awesome, and hard to pick a favorite. If the gumbo is available, I highly recommend it. The service is typically good and usually preparation time is reasonable. I love being there at opening on the weekends, as there is no crowd and there is often times special and individualized treatment. I love it also when they have live music. Excellent Bloody Marys. My only criticism is that the tables and chairs could be wiped down better between seatings and at opening. All in all, I highly recommend this place for fresh and delicious seafood.

I have been there three times. The first time was for lunch and the place was nit busy. Food and service were fine. The second was for an early dinner. After being seated waited 20 minutes for someone to come take an order from me. The third was on a Friday at about 7pm. I was told it would be about 20 minutes. I was told there is an outside table I could have but it would need to be prepared, I said fine. 30 minutes later the table had not been readied. I asked what the problem was and was told they are very busy. I said to cancel my request and left. Not going back.

Worse service ever. Never got menus or water. After 15 minutes I said something. Ordered drinks and never got them until after the food came. I ordered shrimp and clams with crispy French fries. My dish came out with cold and not crisp fries. No shrimp. Excuse after excuse by the waitress. The shrimp are coming. Never got them. The bartender is busy is why drinks never came until after the food was served. In the meantime the table next to us who came 15 minutes after us had their drinks. I send my food back and watched my husband eat his meal. The absolute worst.

While on vacation in Sawgrass, my sister-in-law and I had a most wonderful experience from the time we walked through the doors of "Tin Fish" we felt and was treated like family. This was only the beginning of the great service we received; we ordered the "Cod-fish and fried shrimp" the serving was big, filling, seasoned very well, of course we couldn't leave without a piece of that Carrot cake which Im sure it was homemade. We really enjoyed the personal service and food experience during our visit.

The only good thing about today’s visit was the food. The service was bad, there appeared to be only 2 servers working inside and all the other servers was outside talking and standing around. My husband appetizer was wrong and we were never asked if we needed drink refills and we had to ask another server for our check. When we received the check we noticed an additional charge to process a credit card.

Enjoyed my first visit, with friends, and loved the atmosphere. Casual and friendly, you can sit and relax, have a beer or cocktail, order from a menu of seafood dishes, which offers something for everyone. Personally, I ordered their "Famous Fish Sandwich" plate, with two Alaskan Cod pieces of fish, on a hoagie roll, w/fries & cole slaw, very tasty. Ample parking, cash or credit, and great service. Hope this is helpful, with your first visit.

This visit was so embarrassing. ? It has been 3 years since I visited Tin Fish. On Saturday, 3/5/21, i was having a family day with my mom, dad, & 2 children. I told them we had to try Tin Fish because it’s really good, well I spoke too early. Upon arrival, when we entered there were no host/hostess. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to greet us. There were several workers behind the bar helping other customers. The kitchen crew walked through the establishment and didn’t say a word to us. The 2 waitresses seemed like they were tied up overlooking a bill from another table. Finally, I got the attention of a young man who said we can sit anywhere. I said, “if we sit outside, will someone know we are there to serve us.” He said yes. We seated ourselves and again time went on and no one came to the table to greet us and give us Menus. My parents became agitated so I decided to get up and get the Menus from the host stand. While looking over the menu, I seen the waitress come outside and attend to another table that was already seated before us. She never looked our way nor walked over to assist. My parents said, “let’s go because this is beyond ridiculous “. I was embarrassed to have recommended this restaurant to my parents and receive “NO SERVICE”. As we were leaving, another waitress walked outside and with a smile said “have a nice day”. I was shocked that she had no clue we sat for 10 minutes waiting with no attention. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, there were 2 other parties outside and 2 inside. It was early afternoon, around 2:30PM. As much as I enjoyed the food 3 years ago, I don’t think I’ll go out of the way to visit again. Sorry but the team needs to be more vigilant of their customers.

Didn't know what to expect with this place but Tin Fish definitely exceeded my expectations! Everything that came out was DELICIOUS! Open Fire Oysters, Cracked Conch and Sloppy Fish all washed down with a perfectly blended sweet tea. Super friendly bartender/server, rustic decor. Located in a shopping Plaza with New York mart and TinTin Chinese restaurant with plenty of parking. Will definitely return again. ??

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Since the moment you walk in the server was super nice and friendly, I mention that it was our first time and she brought us few examples of food to try, they were all really tasty!!!. We decide to go for the Sautéed Octopus, I can’t describe how delicious this plate was, it was cooked perfect and had an exquisite flavor. The chef came to our table to ask if we like it and told us exactly how he made it. A really nice touch! It made my visit really pleasant! I will definitely be back soon!
