Nice customer service, and good food. Big portions.It took a long while to have the food, but it was worth the while and its not pricy.We had some Nachos and some chicken Rice dish, and it was very nice. ?
I would have rated them 2 stars if it weren’t for the free slice of cheesecake they gave us at the end. This was one of the worst experience of cheesecake I’ve ever had at this location, the waiter was so rude, his service was horrible! He took forever to get us our drink orders and then he told us a million times he was going to get them and we would see him helping other tables that got there after us, we told him like 3 times we were ready to order, once when he finally started taking our order he was hearing me order and midway turned around and started taking orders from the table behind us, like almost trying to do 2 tables at once but then when they finished he just left, didn’t even finish our order. At the end of the meal I wanted to order cheesecakes Togo and I told him he said he’d be back and then never came back, when we finally flagged him down we just had to ask for our bill bc we’d been there soooo long we didn’t want to wait any longer.. it was just a horrible experience I couldn’t believe it, it was like I was in a dream. That is usually our favorite Cheesecake Factory location, we’ve been going there as a family since I was a kid so basically for the past 20+ years. It was outrageous, when I left to get the car I guess my mom spoke to the manager and for a table of three he gave us one cheesecake slice, I was going to buy 3 but whatever? Well anyway as you could guess the food was really good as always and the drinks were great as well, if only it wasn’t ruined with the service, hopefully next time it’s better, if not I guess we just lost our favorite location.
I really love to eat here. Today I had a steak which was really good. My wife had the fried shrimp and it was delicious. For dessert we had a Coconut cream cheesecake. No words... Incredible... Will come back.
This spot is beautiful, and despite the place being full they managed to keep it clean.I feel like Cheesecake Factory is very overrated. This place is fun, not very expensive and have a huge variety of dishes. But to be honest the dishes don’t taste as good as you expect, they aren’t usually bad, just not very good. A very mediocre experience.I also had the Tiramisu Cheesecake which was great but pricy to it’s quality.Cheesecake is a great place if you’re a big family with kids where every one wants to eat something different.
Really decent franchise restaurant with an unbelievably long menu. Pretty much anything you want you can have and the tastes are all pretty good - haven't yet had a bad meal here - and it is better than a number of other fast casual restaurants that it competes with. Only downside is you may have to wait as it gets crowded but that is a good testament to the price/quality you get here.
Our waiter was great! My mom & I ordered the Grilled Chicken & Avocado Sandwich. Mine was missing the Avocado & Herb Mayo & my mom’s sandwich was missing the cheese! Delicious once fixed!
My husband and a friend from out of the country were so looking forward to going here yesterday. BUT IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We were seated and the waiter (never introduced himself) took forever after we ordered calamari… when we asked how come it was taking more than 30 mins he responded “oh I never put it in, didn’t know anything about that “! He brings bread, I ask for balsamic oil and vinegar.. he brings me salad dressing then just oil! ?♀️?♀️?♀️ So now starving we order our favorite burgers we always have! Smokehouse, all American and veggie burger. AFTER waiting 45mins the smallest, driest and overly blackened burgers arrive. Not to mention the 10fries I got! So we wait…and wait and wait… the waiter finally comes back … we ask for it to be redone… he takes it and 20 mins later the “manager” shows up (also didn’t introduce herself ). Not once does she apologize!! Starts spewing excuses about the pandemic and the kitchen etc etc We ask for replacements and she assures us that she’s putting us “at the top of the list!”. YET ANOTHER 30 mins go by, we ask for her to come back… again no apology just excuses!!! Now mumbles something about kitchen closed blah blah blah… At this point we informed her that we would be leaving as it’s OVER 2 HOURS and all we got was bread and sodas!!!! Still no apology!! I would NEVER dream Cheesecake Factory could be this terrible!!!
Popped in for a quick lunch while at Sawgrass mills outlets, and wanted to be a bit healthy....lol, wrong restaurant. I took the SkinnyLicious menu and had the Shrimp Soft Tacos with fries on the side. As can be seen on the photos I have taken, they do not even look like its something that has been cooked or handled well, just parts being put together. The only thing tasting something, was the avocado. The veggies beside just looked like raw food, which it is and should be, ut sorry to say, did not look like something you want to eat. The french fries on the side did not look properly cooked, or ready. Just un-done. Did not taste anything and were not crispy at all, just soggy. A dissatpointment and will not choose from this menu again when I visit this restaurant chain. Here you should go for cooked food!
